Service was fairly quick but they gave me the wrong dosage medicine for my prescription bu I was already home and able to split the dosage in half.

Spoke with the pharmacist over the phone, and she was very rushed from the beginning, did not check my medications thoroughly, logged out of viewing my information when I in fact had two medications she never addressed. She was quick to say she couldn’t help me before learning more information, and was overall very unpleasant to speak with.

It hurts me to have to do this but I gotta say my peace. The Workers in this store are lazy and unmotivated. I walked in, patiently waiting on line and when it was my turn I asked for their passport services. The lady (Shay) in the front told me the passport service are closed with attitude as if she didn’t want to do it. I responded can u please show me your store policies that states the passport service closes at 5. Immediately she then said I’ll help you. I told her I’m ok that she obviously just lied to my face and I would gladly go spend MY MONEY where they actually care and give good services. I then left and drove a hour to the next location where they did not give me attitude but instead was very courteous and did the whole picture process for me. I then went back to the store to speak to a manager and someone was asking for the passport services and they were about to tell them it was closed till I intervened and told them to stop lying cause I just had to drive a hour for a service that you refused to do. They then started to help the other people Summary: If you don’t want to work please resign and give that job to someone who would value the job. Also people need to stop spending THEIR HARD EARNINGS where they give bad services. Eventually the owners will start to lose profit and hiring new employees who understand the concept of great customer service.

So awful! I waited 2 hours on hold UNTIL THEY CLOSED and they never picked up. I have an rx that is nearly impossible to get right now, and was told by my rx company that CVS asked me to call so they could hold the med. That didn't happen because NO ONE ANSWERS THE EFFING PHONE. They are an hour away so showing up to have that conversation then coming back to pick up the next day is hardship.

I was totally amazed by how this store looked. The shelves were almost completely empty in every aisle. There was trash all over the floor. No associates were working on the floor. A complete mess. I even complained to a guy I thought was the manager and he really acted like he didn’t hear me. I will transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Maybe not even a CVS pharmacy. I advise others to do the same.

I really like the Staff at CVS pharmacy at 149th street in the Bronx ! They really provide you with great customer service! They try very hard to avoid having you wait to pick up your medications! They really do need more pharmacy techs to avoid the lines ! But the staff are exceptionally nice !
