First waited close to 10 minutes just to be attended by the register despite two employees being behind the counter. Was told I had to subscribe/sign up to CVS Rewards just to make a cash deposit in order “to track the transaction.” No other CVS I have made cash deposits at has made me do this let alone other place such as 7-11, Rite Aid, etc.
The employee who also made me sign up was ironically the shift supervisor, Ferdinand I believe his name was, so there really wasn’t any way to report it to anyone other than go to corporate.

The workers are not friendly and the manager (assuming he’s the manager because he was ordering the other employees around) made me feel very stupid today. He had a way of answering my questions without actually addressing my concerns or helping me make an informed decision and his only reply after wasting over 20 mins waiting for my product was “I only told you this option would be cheaper but I didn’t tell you it would be faster”. As a manager, you’re supposed to be helpful and gracious not nonchalant. I’d previously liked this branch because it’s neater than most around, but with this somewhat hostile attitude, I doubt I’ll return there.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an overwhelming smell. The floors were filthy. Shelves were disorganized and cluttered, making it difficult to find anything.
It's really disappointing to see a store in such a state, especially when there are so many other options around. It’s hard to believe they can't even maintain basic cleanliness. I grew up in this neighborhood and it saddens me how this place looks and feels

To date have used this CVS to pick up prescriptions mainly for an asthma inhaler and get a much better discount using GoodRx $85 vs Walgreens $145 - today I had to pick up a prescription for an antibiotic and there was a really long line but dang it went pretty fast 😄

Not sure if corporate has visited this store recently, maybe they should. The staff is rude and treats customers as if we are bothering them by asking them to check us out at the register. This morning one of the associates looked like he rolled out of bed and came to work, while the other asked me "what i needed" while i waited for her to finish helping another customer. The only reason i reluctantly go there is bc they've closed every other store in my neighborhood.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not get your photos printed here. I arrived a day after my photos were supposed to be ready and they hadn’t printed it. I had to wait for 20 minutes while they figured out how to print the pictures and they ended up chopping off the top of my pictures And they said there was nothing they could do about it. Everyone who worked there was incredibly rude.

I came in here to buy a gift card and was confused on how to pay for it using the self checkout. I asked a guy to help me and he acted annoyed. He snatched the card from my hand and acted pissed off. The worst of all, I tried to pay for my card but he pushed me aside and spoke to me aggressively. I don’t know why he acted that way but it was very unprofessional. Like you’re supposed to help me, that’s your job. He was a tall guy with a beard and mask he had curly hair.

The worst cvs I have never seen in my whole entire life. Very disrespectful stuff, especially the manger and the manger assistant. The gift cards they don't activate it correctly because the less of experience that they don't have.

I do not like the fact that so many things are lo locked up and someone has to called all the time.
Also, I do not like the gimmick pricing. You advertise Buy One get the 2nd 50% off. Just a gimmick to hike the prices of items.
