You can never reach anyone by phone at this particular CVS. You can clearly hear when they pick up the line and put you back on hold, Ridiculous! Mind you I’ve been using this CVS location since before it was a CVS ( Montero I believe was the name Chinese restaurant there) WASTE of time.

Service is worse. Drop 5/6 vm in order to talk to the pharmacy.No luck in 1 week. If I have to pay them a physical visit every time, what’s the point of having phone numbers!!!!
Ridiculous service!!! Even the non brand pharmacy’s around here are way more professional and prompt in service.

Don't come to this place, the customer service is very bad, they treat you like animals 🤬 they knock down the doors of the products with rude force as if one came to lose free things one is buying, they should hire people who really want to work.🤬

The staff is horrible, they don't help the customer, I went in the morning and asked for help from 2 employees, a young woman and she sent me to the hallway to touch a button, she told me that's why they are there to touch them and they go and then I asked for help from another young man and he didn't want to help me either, in the end I left the establishment and didn't buy anything, since what I needed was locked in the display case

I visited CVS Pharmacy to purchase a wheelchair for my mother, who has a disability. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the unhelpful and disrespectful attitude of the manager or supervisor.
When I asked about the availability of wheelchairs, he barely acknowledged me, as if responding to my question was a favor rather than his responsibility. Instead of assisting me or directing me to the right place, he dismissively told me to “go check on Google.” This level of disregard—especially when it involves accessibility for disabled individuals—is completely unacceptable and disrespectful.
The most heartbreaking part was when my mother asked if CVS had wheelchairs, and I had to lie to her, saying they were sold out, rather than tell her the truth about the manager’s poor attitude and unwillingness to help.
I came to CVS for a reason, expecting basic customer service, but left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Thankfully, my experience at Walgreens was the complete opposite—I was met with kindness, care, and a willingness to help. It’s clear to me now which pharmacy truly values its customers

The worst customer service I could Aver explained that my new phone in its box was stolen from me and they never told me anything after 1 hour and 30 minutes they told me to come tomorrow

Would not recommend to choose this as your pharmacy as the lines are very long. Aside from pharmacy, the store is great for your typical OTC medicine, and snacks!

It’s sad to say, young kids are working behind this counter with no remorse whatsoever for people who are picking up their medication. I came across Helen, who laughed in my face because I couldn’t get my medication. She also stated I need to speak with my doctor and all they need is a letter. If that’s all they need and if she was so willing to help, why didn’t she call and help me out why did she let me walk out with no medication and no solid answer. Helen Should be fired with her lack of respect and professionalism.

If you're a calling from a doctor's office DO NOT press 2, just leave a voicemail with the main customer line. I was on hold for 40 min on one phone and left a VM with another and go a call back quickly on the other phone. Wish I wouldn't have wasted so much time. ***
Previous Review: Waste of time calling this pharmacy. I'm trying to fix a problem for a patient and the provider voice mail box if full and no one is picking up the phone. Please use a local pharmacy if you can. These corporate pharmacies are horrible.
