This location needs a major reconstruction. The line is always extremely long and there’s hardly anyone on the floor to help customers.

So I visited on Feb 8 to get a RX from the pharmacy. First let me say, a Lady complained to me as I waited on thiss long line that there isnt enough staff on the floor to help. Also a few sections of the shelves was alil empty. Now to the pharmacy, its closed maybe from 1- 2pm, w no sign of why there is no staff to give people their meds. It was my first time goin to this CVS pharmacy. I gotta say Im highly disappointed. The line was very long, and staff seems unable to do their job properly at this pharmacy. This store is the worse 😔😣

The worst service ever…..
I was at the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my 11 month baby and the pharmacist told me its not ready and I had to wait 10 min. Then he send me to the drop off line to talk to another pharmacist maybe they could do faster. She told me it’s not ready yet and wait. I told her please make it ASAP because the baby has fever 102.5 and she was like ok. She was staying on the phone and only when I asked again after 15 min she told me you have to wait because they are making it ready , then I got mad and she went to look and it has been ready for a while. She didn’t even bother herself to go and check and left me there with my baby with a high fever while she was on her phone. It happened today around 12-12:30 and it was a blonde lady.

Horrible service at the pharmacy. 1/21/25. My doctor sent the prescription on 1/16/25 and it still wasn't ready. I was told I had to wait 15 minutes. Unacceptable. I informed the girl wearing the hijab (couldnt get her name because she turns her ID around so you cant see it) I believe her name is SALLY DHANAI thats the name on the prescription receipt. the reason I waited is so it could be ready when I come to pick it up. The manager chimes in and says sometimes if you don't pick it up on time they put it back. Lies. The prescription was never done because I never received a notice to pick it up. I told her instead of arguing with me help her fill the prescription. The girl in the hijab says if it takes 15 minutes it takes 15 minutes. There was only 1 other person waiting in the waiting area. In the pharmacy department another girl was drinking coffee and having a personal conversation with the manager. Because I advocated for myself and told them it don't take 15 minutes to fill my prescription all 3 girls began to argue with me. It took her 7 minutes to fill my prescription. And that's only because I spoke up. These girls like to waste people's time drinking coffee in an area that is not permitted. The girl drinking the coffee next to the manager was having a personal conversation, which is a distraction and is not permitted in that area, incredibly unprofessional. Always speak up for yourself. If they put the same energy they used to argue into actually doing their job, there would be fewer complaints and wait time. No longer using CVS. To make matters worse the girl drinking coffee at the work station never had on any PPE or washed her hands or used sanitizer after. She went right back to the work station in front of the manager to continue working. Total disregard for OSHA sanitary standards regarding worker exposure. A complaint has been filed. Been coming to this CVS for 15 years and every time it's always a most undesirable experience. Always have to wait 10 minutes for someone to unlock any of the locked items and this store is always understaffed always has one, maybe two people at the register even though they have three to four working registers. The line goes all the way back to pharmacy and the pharmacy line always reaches the front of the store. This place is unreal

I see why they are receiving,
They all take lunch at the same time . This is a real problem especially when I'm working 2 job shifts and need to pick up medicine for my child. They have 6 people working and they all take lunch at the same time then wants to give attitude when they see a whole welfare line being built after they all come out of lunch together. Last time I'll bring business to CVS rather have mom and dad pharmacy, better and reliable service.

I went earlier in the week to print photos and the machine was not working. They said come another day.
Today I called and asked if the photo machine as working and they said it was. I came and the machine was not working again. Wasted a half hour trip going there because they said it was working. Never going there again.

It takes forever to get help at this store. Also policies and procedures are not explained correctly and sale items are rarely in stock. The lines for checkout are known to be reaching the back of the store sometimes which causes me to turn around and walk out for fear of having to wait on line 30-45 minutes. Don’t get me wrong I love CVS in general but this particular one has a few issues.

No prescription delivery for people on Medicaid. Out of stock on items frequently, especially things on sale. Pharmacy lines are almost as long as lines for amusement park rides. Very little help by phone or app. I'm looking into a new pharmacy now. They don't sell eggs!

Long lines for the pharmacy. Also they close earlier then they're suppose to. Whenever they chose to. Without any notice in days advance. So try to pick up your medicine early as possible. So you don't end up being disappointed. The store inventory is slowly restocked. Sometimes you have to wait weeks before items are back in stock. They use to be on point with inventory/customer service both pharmacy and store. Now i stopped going out of my way to come to this CVS. Rather go elsewhere.

Although this store has a bad rating, I have never had a bad experience until this day. After kindly asking for assistance in unlocking a product, I was refused service. The Manager absolutely refused to help me and even argued with me. As an 1199 Customer I am absolutely disgusted with this behavior and hope that no one else has to experience this type of treatment!
