Horrible service honestly, only 2 people at the register which is slow asf , and plus they text you saying your medience is ready and it’s not they tell u you gotta wait 9 -15 minutes for your meds to be prepared. They have seats but I mean duh u gotta go on the line to get your stuff. The line is to long and its just horrible service otherwise if your getting snacks or whatever your fine

Absolutely the worst location.
Every time orders are wrong, employees rude, store in disarray.
Text book example of how not to run a business.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Avoid an incredibly frustrating experience.

Me and my spouse tried to call the store several times and no one answered. We tried to come here to take passport photos. So after not being able to get a hold of anyone on the phone, we decided to just show up. There wasn’t enough staff to take care of the customers. The guy dismissed us and told us the camera “was not working” and he said it would work tomorrow. Lack of customer service.

Not enough CVS employees for a Valentine's Day. There was one cash register opened and four self check out which does not make up for the one cashier. HOWEVER that one cashier #2553158 was what one expects from anyone is the service industry. She was patient, kind and had an overall lovely energy. I was next up in line however in front of me was a customer who thought she had been charged incorrectly. This cashier explained that that was not the case and the customer left very happy but it took about 10 to 15 minutes. HOWEVER, because she was the only human register operating, those behind me were getting extremely unhappy that there was no movement with the line. But please she was amazing. So much so that I am taking time to write this.

Long lines at the pharmacy. It hasn’t been vacuum in months. The shelves are dirty and dusty. Does cvs care about there customers.

Worst pharmacy ever..lines always ridiculously long.. never have important life maintaining meds in stock that my elderly father needs due to cancer and a heart condition..meds that are supposed to be on autofill but they never get their shipments or have them in stock. Management in the pharmacy needs to be re-evaluated

How has this CVS not been renovated is beyond me. Careful buying food here, there are mouse droppings and mold everywhere and expired products throughout.

The worst at trying to get a hold of the pharmacy by phone! Automated system works when it feels like it which is practically never. You can't get directly through to speak to anyone nor leave a message. Such a waste of my time having to go there to then be told the medication is not ready or available yet.

What a horrible and useless store-should be closed!!
The CVS staff looks totally clueless when questions are asked of them. The pharmacy except for 2 people are a complete waste.
For a store that is open 24 hours-WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR SOMEONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE!!

Terrible customer service. i spend 48 minutes at the self checkout waiting for assistance and the girl said give me a moment and after waiting for her 48 minutes I left all the products that I wanted to buy worth 500 dollars I was going to buy 22 bottles of lotrimin creams and spray and I left everything and I walked out. What a horrible service. Never again. I went to a private pharmacy and purchased everything and I was happy
