Even if Medication is not ready they send me msgs for pick up. Anyway, I waited for 30 minutes as per their request, then they said one of your medication is over the counter and other one is still processing. Not Happy with the service.

The pharmacy staff are next level rude and hang up the phone whenever you call, also the line is perpetually 30 mins long of a wait for rx pickup.

I called twice putting my father‘s credit card in so he can deliver medication for his Covid twice I called. They denied that anything was ever done. They said that we had to pick it up or it had to be delivered tomorrow. I find this as poor customer service. I have dealt with other CVS and I’ve never had this kind Service. This is the bottom of the barrel.

Let me start by saying this is the worst pharmacy . I’m literally on the phone to voice my complaint to a store manager and get the name of this evening pharmacist on duty. Normally I have a lot of respect for the pharmacist being that I worked in a pharmacy for many years and know the ins and outs of the store and pharmacy and all the pressures and stress that comes with the job. But in this situation I called for information on refilling medication for my mother and the male pharmacist on duty was VERY RUDE, rushing my inquiry off the phone and not being informative to my concern. I know that customer service is number one anywhere especially retail. It was a very unpleasant experience and got me very upset. Normally I am a very calm and understanding person. There’s also absolutely no luck getting a store manager on the phone for information to what the pharmacist name is. The phone just rings and rings. I hope someone of importance that cares to make this situation better will see this review.

They Never in time with the prescriptions. I'm pregnant and they gave me my prenatals 15 days after my doctor sent them, there's no prescription that doesn't make me wait days and when you're going to pick up because it's supposed to be ready they make you wait hours! They don't get anything ready until you go, they don't respect other people's time!

The staff in the pharmacy is really slow with bad communication I don’t recommend this pharmacy to get your medicine they make me come twice and I spent more than 30 minutes just to get one prescription

Every single time I have a prescription sent here, I have a problem. It always takes over 12 hours to fill any prescription, I always have to call in for an update, and then they won’t even inform you that the medication can be purchased over the counter until you call in after hours of suffering. Getting through to a representative at the pharmacy takes forever and the service is SLOW AS CAN BE. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

This pharmacy is terrible. They don't have enough staff. The line is out the door. It's dirty. It's disorganized and generally awful. Don't go here.

Unprofessional and no communication between staff. Pharmacy line is always ridiculously long. Waited 45 minutes to speak to someone and was told to wait 10 minutes for my medication. After waiting 20 minutes, I followed up with a tech and was told the medication was out of stock.

This is the worst CVS for proscription needs, they are understaffed and the line is always long no matter what time. And even if you try to call beforehand you are on hold for more than 30mins. They really need to do better.

Line for pharmacy most times is ridiculously long, understaffed during busiest hours. After being on hold trying to speak to a pharmacist I have repeatedly disconnected. Extremely poor customer service.

The worst customer service from the corporate level to the store employees. I called the customer service number on the website a few times and sent a message about two months ago regarding a serious matter concerning a store employee. Each time I was told someone would contact me and I have not heard anything. The company’s employees are very unprofessional and not properly trained to do their job.
