Employees are rude and dismissive. They were "out of stock" of my refill medication. 2 weeks later they are still "out of stock". I tranferred my prescriptions.

I don't understand why the reviews are so bad . I get good service when ever I come here and I even have been called at home when they have my medication on order.

Used to love this place until it closed down. Just hated the fact they had the ice cream locked up. All the negative comments it got was undeserved, it all came to entitle brats whom caused us to lose the store.

The young lady with the beat up eye lashes at the pharmacy pick up needs an attitude check. I’m not sure why does CVS have people like her working there. This is by far the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve been to.

They don't answer the phone to check if the prescription is ready and when you go you wait more than half an hour for them to tell you that they don't have your prescription or that it will take half an hour longer to wait.

It’s called cvs y más but should really be called cvs y menos because they never have anything on the shelves. They also NEVER open at 8. If the store opens at 8 maybe the employees should start before 8 so they can make it on time.

The government should really shut down that pharmacy Cvs at 167 st bx. They literally could let people die. They don’t pick up the phone. They lie about your prescription being on the computer, the workers a very lazy.

Thank y'all for your comments on how unorganized and how unprofessional the employees are, because I was going to start going to that CVS store, but not now.You would think that the higher ups who saw the comments would have made some improvment.(Shaking my head)
