Thank y'all for your comments on how unorganized and how unprofessional the employees are, because I was going to start going to that CVS store, but not now.You would think that the higher ups who saw the comments would have made some improvment.(Shaking my head)

This location needs new management. Just because you work in a low income neighborhood, it doesn't mean people aren't entitled to respect and care. Also, the rate they take to fill a prescription is unacceptable. They send a notification that your prescription is ready, only for you to go and wait hours, and they are not approachable, this is not the place to go with your questions.

Where do I start with this CVS location? The store is very disorganized from the moment you enter the door. The products are just thrown everywhere. The photos were on the floors without invoice or any type of organized filing system. Some of the protectors are dirty from being on the floor. The staff is very disrespectful, which, by the way, is encouraged by management. The management staff is a joke. They always disagree with customers, give unnecessary attitude, and are of no type of help with their disgruntled employees. They tried to charge me twice when I paid online. This argument ensued for almost 10 minutes. Overall, this location is very dirty, dingy, and has very disrespectful employees. This is not the first time I've had to deal with these problems at this location. This is a very bad image for the CVS franchise, and someone from corporate should should put their foot down and retrain these employees. It's a much needed face-lift for this location.

I’ve been trying to reach them since that past week and not sure what other way customers get a hold of the pharmacy sector. My insurance also even had a hard time reaching them. Save yourself the trouble and do not get medications prescribed to this pharmacy.

I'm so aggravated with this stores photo center. They never have the photos available. I did a same order request and the cashier said the machine has been down all day. If that's the case why not put an alert?!!!?

Every single prescription I do here is wrong. Every prescription is incorrect. They have like 10 employees and they still can’t get it right. For every prescription I fill, I have to go there 2 or 3 times and when I try to call them, I just sit on voice mail hold for 45 minutes till I hang up. You can’t reach them by phone. This place just reeks of incompetence. And I’m not talking about a small sample size, this is like 10 times in a row.

The only reason anyone would come to this location is because there's no choice!(only one in the area) While they give the appearence of being busy the service here is SUPER SLOW! Alot of women chatting it up. And while I appreciate good humor the one bald light skin guy there should be a comedian and save his Sarcasm for his night job where it will be appreciated!

I am myself a physician but I had the worse experience as a patient with this CVS pharmacy persistently on several occasions. The staff is so rude first of all, and they hang up on you if they don’t want to deal with you. For my recent prescription, i was going back and forth with variable info about picking up the medication. Eventually I ended up transferring the prescription and decided to never to go to any CVS pharmacy again. I would strongly recommend to not chose CVS especially this location, if you want peace as a patient! There are lot of other pharmacies which give you respect and listen to you! Thankyou

Pharmacist shut me down when asking for information about a medication. She got angry at me and hung up on me twice without any warning (I was so shocked the first time I thought it was a mistake)

I called the pharmacy just now, around 2:11pm on 7/4/2023. The pharmacist who took the call was the rudest I have ever encountered in my more than 35 years of practice. I was trying to understand exactly if she knew why I was calling and if the patient would get the medication. She hung up on me and now I am calling the patient to inform patient that I have no idea whether or not medication will be filled. I will also advise patient to switch pharmacies. CVS used to hire customer service oriented pharmacists. If the way that pharmacist interacted with me is representative of her interaction with other physicians, staff, and customers, I vote for her immediate termination. She made me sick to my stomach!

Horribly managed and operated (like others have said, staff is either rude, incompetent, or both). Everyone there seems so aggravated ALL the time and so annoyed if asked for help with anything. People lined up at the entrance constantly because it never opens on time, while you can sometimes see them inside picking up garbage off the floor very slowly and nonchalantly (should be done the night before anyway). Not that other CVS locations are so much better tbh...but at least maybe hire more staff.

I was on hold for 7 minutes then hung up to leave a voice mail. The voicemail box was full and I couldn't leave a message. I called back a third time and was on hold for 8 minutes for the person on the phone to be rude, helpful, but rude. My standard recommendation is to avoid corporate pharmacies and always go with the small local guys if you can.

Let me start by saying that I want to give this review a 0, negative if it were possible. My mother is schizophrenic and she needs her medication timely. I do everything I can to ensure that she is taken care of so I do my part in making sure everything is done on our part. My mom was without her psych medication for almost a week bc this pharmacy and the new pharmacist was "backed up". There was a hold her medication, so no one thought to reach out to inform either me or the doctor.. the pharmacist was extremely rude and literally told me it's not her problem. I had the chief of the psychiatric department at the hospital my mom goes to reach out to the cvs bc I had been back and forth with them for almost 4 days as they tell me that they will get to my mom's prescriptions when they get to them.. the chief of the psychiatric department herself was on hold for over an hour and received the same rude treatment and they told her the same thing.. They wouldn't even help find another cvs that could help me transfer the medication or anything. So now I go to a cvs in the city because all the ones in the Bronx are incompetent and unprofessional. These are people's lives we are talking about. This is a serious thing. This cvs should be sued. Because of them my mother had to restart her whole treatment over because she was out of medication for so long. This is just unacceptable. My review is a bit late, but if you can avoid this pharmacy you should. And as for corporate, shut this pharmacy down or do a complete evaluation on the entire staff and eliminate unprofessional and unhelpful employees. Get a whole new set of employees please. Shut the whole place down for some time and restart. Send out notices to those who go to the pharmacy and redirect them to pharmacies they can actually get their medication from. Take a month or two to get a whole new team who cares about the patients and is organized with professional and up to date management!
