Place is a mess. The female at the front counter was rude af. It’s really understandable why they are behind protective glass. Those attitudes really can provoke a person. I’m 49 and know better. Had I been in my 20’s, anyways. New staff or close the location.

Not only did the pharmacy forget to give me one of my medications, but they had me waiting a whole hour, line long as hell, any other small pharmacy will do way better. save yourself the stress and stop supporting these corporate businesses that don’t care about us. SUPPORT SMALL LOCAL PHARMACIES/ BUISNESS

I had a very disappointing experience at the CVS in the Bronx today. The customer service was terrible, and when I finally got to the counter, the staff seem unkind. This is not the kind of service I expect from a CVS. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service. I’ll be reconsidering where I shop from now on.

They don’t know how to answer, a phone. How hard is it to hire someone who can do there job or open up on time. I get the expectations are low as this CVS is in a terrible location. But it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to onboard someone who knows how to pick up phone, they’ve existed over 100 years

First and last time shopping at this CVS location. The staff have no manners are very ghetto and overall worst customer service ever ! Besides that there is barely any products in there, this store needs to close asap !!!!

Well well well how do I start so as you come in they have a security guard I am curious to why he's there bit I'll explain so as you walk thur everything is locked behind a glass thur out the whole store and it only be 2 cashiers interesting so why do you need security right now let's go to the pharmacy the glass is really dirty with covid and all I thought they would be disinfecting the area but no they do have chairs which is nice cuz other places don't and the workers do get to your prescription only on the left side the right side is so slow it's like what you getting paid for acting like they be typing on the computer to not deal with customers so there you have it store is weird only pharmacy on the left side is active and actually working everything esle needs alot of help release some glass doors so we can actually shop it makes customers not want to buy anything and workers walking around acting like they working I don't understand more cashiers cuz the lines be crazy long for no reason another reason for ppl to leave
