This place is the worst of the worst!! I’m a heart transplant patient, so if my medication can’t be filled, it is a very serious issue, and all they need to do is answer my call and say “fill it elsewhere.” But that’s apparently asking way to much!! Avoid like the plague!!

Horrible establishment. They picked on nuance of prescription I wrote for my patient the way no one does. In a process of correcting this I called them and after 40 minutes on hold they hung up on me. I advise to my patients - anything but CVS!!!!

This is by the far the worst CVS you can go to. The staff is rude, don't care and the lines are always super long no matter what time of the day it is. But they make sure to always close exactly on time and provide the worst customer service. Avoid this pharmacy

The staff at this CVS have always been so wonderful and helpful. It is not their fault that CVS cut down on the number of jobs available, leaving the locations severely overworked and understaffed. This is a corporate problem that starts and needs to be fixed at the top. I wish people would stop blaming the employees for the issues especially with the wait at the pharmacy.
Edit: I do want to add that there is one problematic employee at the pharmacy dropoff/consult counter. The rest of the pharmacy staff and staff throughout the store are fantastic.

About the worst pharmacy in Riverdale they’ve screwed up prescriptions. The staff doesn’t know how to read, receipts, discounts, etc. are due and there’s hardly anybody at the counter. You have to go searching.

The pharmacy here is horrible like most CVS pharmacy's. The new system of the "Leave a voicemail" is a joke. They call you back and know nothing about the situation and just say anything to get you off the phone & tell you it's been ordered. I've been trying to fill a prescription for a month and keep getting the run around. Unfortunately rite aid is no longer around so unfortunately we are stuck having to deal with this bad service. If you have another option please use it. I would give them 0 stars but it won't let me.

Get ready to be spoken to like a dog at the pharmacy department. Customer Service at the pharmacy is a zero. The service in the retail area is good but the two sections of the store function like two different companies.

This cvs is BY FAR the worst cvs I’ve EVER been too. The lines here everytime you come are so long and there is always ONE person on the register. There is ONE LINE for everything, drop off, pick ups and consultations. It makes absolutely no sense….. everything takes forever and no one seems to care about other people’s time. Never again…. Seriously in need of some management or customer experience training because it’s outrageous.

Horrible , horrible !!! The pharmacy at this location is by far the worse ! I would not recommend this location . The line is always down the aisle . The pharmacist Jerry is very rude and lazy and the staff helping is no better . If you’re looking to get your meds filled I highly recommend not using this location .

there’s never anyone at the pick up desk for the prescriptions. you’re guaranteed to wait at min 45 mins even if no one is in line because they literally do nothing and are understaffed for the amount of people. also, they never fail to mess up in some way and take forever to fill prescriptions. worst pharmacy
