The worse pharmacy I’ve had, NEVER AGAIN. They made me come in wasting my money telling me 2 different things. Just to end up telling me they never had the pills anyways. Never rely on these people.

Praise the LORD!!!! FINALLY. I am so happy that the experience I receive from Helen and Nadia are absolutely amazing. So happy that Helen is our new pharmacist. Helen and Nadia are always so pleasant, they greet you every time with the biggest beautiful smile. These employees are exceptional and an asset to your company. They truly care about you, go above and beyond, exceed my expectations, so professional and courteous. Its refreshing to know that there are employees still left in some companies that clearly show they are proud to be at their job and love what they do. I literally shed tears when Mariela and Nadene were no longer going to be at the pharmacy any longer because I felt the same way about them. Just had oral surgery and needed to start taking my antibiotics TODAY. I also have severe contact dermatitis with an uncontrollable itch and my steroid cream is ready and available for pick up….IF ONLY THE LOCATION WAS OPEN. IT IS 3 PM on a Saturday and they are closed. There are crowds of people waiting outside the CVS pharmacy section in Target for someone to lift the gates and “reopen”, when they are supposed to be open right now!! These are business hours!! This is incredibly irresponsible. They are closed on Sundays so now we will all have to wait for Monday to get our medications. People’s lives are on the line!! Do better!!

My mother went to fill a prescription for me and took my CVS Caremark card with her to show the pharmacist. The pharmacist behind the register had no idea what the card was for (extremely ironic considering that CVS Caremark is a CVS pharmacy plan), didn't process it as my insurance, and charged me over $300 for medication that I could have purchased for under $50 using my pharmacy benefits. Extremely upsetting, I won't be back to this pharmacy.

Legit horrible customer service. Definitely will be transferring my prescription out of there. I called 3 times and every single time after waiting on hold for 15 mins each time the person there just picked up and hung up the phone. Clearly they didn’t want to work or be bothered but it’s your JOB. But like I said, I’m transferring my pharmacy, this is ridiculous. Don’t even bother and just go to the cvs in Williamsburg

Yesterday I got some dental work done. When I went to get my prescription the pharmacist mr. Godwin made an announcement that he does not know how to use the system and that if we wanted our prescription we had to pay the exact amount. How are you a pharmacist and don’t know how to work the system.

I setup an appt online for a Pfizer booster and when I get here to check in, no one knows where I check in for the vaccine. I found out after I get here that they are only providing Moderna and was told they can't control what the website says. After receiving the shot I had to ask if I need to wait the standard 15 mins. it wasn't information that was given. This place needs to really work on their customer service skills. Another employee I asked a question to tried to walk away before I was done asking the question as if she couldn't be bothered. I always go to CVS but will not be coming back to this location unless it's the last one left in NYC.

I have called the cvs pharmacy today for the first time ever, for a medication they supposedly have in stock…. A med that’s not found at my local or surrounding cvs. I was waiting on the phone for a solid 28 mins! 28!!! (And only because my fam member NEEDS this med) Someone eventually picked up and hung up right away without even answering!! What in the world!So I tried again…and waited 20 minutes until I couldn’t take it anymore. It’s a Tuesday , what’s going on??!I wish I could just walk into the place instead of being on the phone but it’s a longggg travel + a toll payment on the bridge so I need to make sure it’s available…I have never been on hold with any other cvs THIS long. Such a joke! I’m glad this isn’t my local cvs cuz I would be so tortured!

Slow. Went to the urgent care next door, 40 mins later and prescription not yet done. I am used to going to small pharmacies around the neighborhood as they are fast and reliable, I thought that maybe because this was a known brand that the service would be faster but I was wrong.

I never use yelp or leave ratings usually but JACKIE at the pharmacy is amazing. The most helpful and competent person I've ever came across and goes above and beyond to help make sure everything is in order for customers using this branch. A+ customer service. Thank you - to one of the most valuable employees there!
