When our driveway was blocked in the middle of the night they responded very quickly to remove the car. Very pleasant to deal with and I plan to use them in the future!

The actual gentleman that towed my car was very nice and understanding. It’s THE BOSS that’s horrible! That lady yelled and screamed at me when I asked her a simple question! Very very nasty and very unprofessional. The language barrier is unbearable! SMH do better! When I called back the next lady was more calm and professional but that boss… very nasty. Very disgusting and not how you treat people when you asking for $250+

Highway robbery. Guy said 295$ to tow the car 7.3miles at 10 at night, 13 minute drive . Told him to give me a better price. Said he had to talk to his boss , told me he will call me back been over an hour has yet to call me back . Don’t recommend this towing company . In my case I paid Triple A 40$ for this tow .

This review is not for the towing business it is for the tire repair gentleman named Vincent. The place was just about ready to close and Vincent said he would still help with nails in both driver side tires. Very reasonable price and a friendly guy. Thank you

I highly recommend D&M Towing Corporation located at 855 Edgewater Bronx NY for their expertise in every area from towing, inspecting the vehicle, assessing the damages and repairing them in a very timely manner. Maria kept me updated on the damage that occurred when my car was stolen from Absecon NJ, the price to fix and in a very reasonable timeframe. (Considering it was Labor Day weekend. I spoke to Maria numerous times throughout the day on her personal cell phone. Maria is very customer service oriented, friendly , accommodating and does whatever it takes to please the customer. I will definitely use them again!!!

I got stuck on the right lane of the FDR Drive Southbound around 11 pm. and called the roadside assistance.The dispatcher gave me an estimated time of 45 mins. to an hour.The tow truck operated showed up in 20 mins. The tow charges weren't exaggerated like most towing companies.The drive was extremely polite and helpful. He took my vehicle to my repair shop of choice. Then drove me home on 1st Ave.The tow truck operator was on point and very nice. The dispatcher was equally as nice. My personal experience with the tow company and staff was an A+++After my repair was done, I needed additional repair caused by the tow truck operator. I called the tow company and explained my situation to the dispatcher.I was promised a call back from him the next day after the dispatcher got an OK from the tow company's owner to repair the vehicle in their shop free of charge.The tow company's dispatcher nor the owner never gave me the run around.Three days later, I picked up my vehicle with paying a single cent. I'm currently driving my vehicle with absolutely zero problems. ?A special thanks to the dispatcher and the owner. Thank you VERY MUCH!I highly and personally recommend this towing company for being extremely professional, courtesy, and honest.The owner of this towing company has a very professional and well-spoken staff.Many years of success to the owner and staff!!!You guys are the BEST!!!????

Illegally held my car and lied about the dates and times of pick up . They are suppose to be 24/7 but hours of pick up close at 3:30 one day then the next it's 4 then back to 3:30 .

I called this place and spoke to a woman on the phone with a thick accent. I requested a tow and she told me she didn’t have anyone and she was rude. On top of that I asked if there was a wait and again she was rude and said no. Why would you say on your website your open 24/7 and not be available for service when needed. I called at a reasonable time when they should be open! Worst customer service ever. If I could give zero stars I would.
