My side window was smashed in after someone attempted to steal stuff from my car. The team here was extremely professional, approachable, and quick. When I picked up the car, I was surprised to see that they not only fixed my window so well but also washed the car and shined the tires. After what was probably one of the worst days of the year, this really cheered me up. Highly recommend.

I recently had some unfortunate damage in several spots on my car. Jimmy walked me through all the details and costs line by line. The staff at Dale-way handled everything, including dealing with my insurance company. They made the whole process as easy as can be. This was my second time have repairs and both times the estimate was spot on with the final cost. Very professional and great work.

Excellent quality and most of all friendly staff. Unfortunately my car was hit on the right side needing a new door and repaint ?. It took longer than i expected to get it back BUT my car honestly looks brand new. Truly appreciate it ??

From the moment I called them, so frazzled from having a tree knock off my car bumper, Jimmy was so reassuring and I knew that I would be alright! When I walked into their shop, Jany, their receptionist greeted me warmly, and they have a tiny aquarium with mini frogs at reception! I felt like I was treated like family and it meant so much to me. When I picked up my car, I also met Gus, one of the owners, who was personable as well. They did a BEAUTIFUL job on my car, truly looks brand new! When you are going through this chaos and stressed to the max, you want a company that appreciates your business, and treats you decently! Also Jimmy added in a repair to my gas cap, where the cord had been broken, for a very tiny fee. I highly recommend this wonderful body shop, and they are right next door to the Tibbett Diner, which has been in business for many years and has excellent food. Thanks again Jimmy, Jany, Gus, and all the guys who did a magnificent job on bringing my car back to life!!!!!!!! Old fashioned customer service is alive and well in the Bronx!!! THANK YOU!
