From the moment I called them, so frazzled from having a tree knock off my car bumper, Jimmy was so reassuring and I knew that I would be alright! When I walked into their shop, Jany, their receptionist greeted me warmly, and they have a tiny aquarium with mini frogs at reception! I felt like I was treated like family and it meant so much to me. When I picked up my car, I also met Gus, one of the owners, who was personable as well. They did a BEAUTIFUL job on my car, truly looks brand new! When you are going through this chaos and stressed to the max, you want a company that appreciates your business, and treats you decently! Also Jimmy added in a repair to my gas cap, where the cord had been broken, for a very tiny fee. I highly recommend this wonderful body shop, and they are right next door to the Tibbett Diner, which has been in business for many years and has excellent food. Thanks again Jimmy, Jany, Gus, and all the guys who did a magnificent job on bringing my car back to life!!!!!!!! Old fashioned customer service is alive and well in the Bronx!!! THANK YOU!

The owner is very nice I didn’t give them work yet so I’m only giving 4 stars but just by listening to him he may Not be the type to do underhanded work and charge the customer a lot of money , let’s see

I would give 10 STARS!!I’m so grateful that my unfortunate experience (someone hitting my PARKED car) was definitely softened & turned into a great experience by having Dale-Way Auto Body Center repair my car back to showroom condition!! (In a very timely manner)Their “attention to detail “ and professionalism (never cutting any corners)and treating you like family is so rare nowadays.I will recommend them to everyone! Dale-way was incredible in taking care of our car after it was vandalized. They handled every detail of the process with patience and care and so much expertise. They dealt with our insurance company a countless number of times in what ended up being a three-week nightmare of issues. The work they did was amazing and our car looks better than before. We are very grateful.

I came to for a quote and ended up having service on my vehicle here. I showed the main man what needed to be repaired. And it was done. He was very straight to the point and very professional which I very much value. I was treated with respect and Toula the receptionist communicated with me throughout the whole entire process from the moment the parts arrived to the day my car was ready for pick up. I was trulyimpressed. I wont review the prices because every car, model, year, part, varies in price. All I can say is the Quote very much matched the work that needed to be done and I am very satisfied. Totally reccomend this auto body center for all your repair needs!Services: Body & Trim

I got into a car accident, someone hit my car from behind. My dad took the car to an auto shop (Riverside) in the Bronx. They didn't pick up the phone, took forever to evaluate the car. The auto shop looked very ghetto.My husband did a Google search and we tried Dale-way (please note we live in PA). Best decision ever! The person at the front desk is amazing! Her name is Toula and she's great. Toula helped me transfer my car to Dale-Way. She went above and beyond to help me because it was NOT easy to get the car transferred.From the moment my car arrived to the Dale-Way facility, it was easy.
