For the 8 years I've lived in the neighborhood, their service has never failed to remind me of what an old school Grade A local hardware store was (and ought to be): accessible, supportive, appreciative, attentive, realistic, helpful, and a solid on the basic and advanced levels. They're perpetually on my mind to check out no matter how simple or complicated the issue before me. If they've failed anyone, it's most likely because a professional should tackle your job with better safety and efficiency.

They'll tell you right away if they carry something or not- >they'll be happy to order you anything!
Sometimes they carry hard to find items!!

I walked in here instead of Home Depot and gotten a better experience than Home Depot ever offered me. They were all very friendly, incredibly helpful and their selection is a bit cheaper than Home Depot.

I love shopping at this hardware store. Their materials are cost effective, and of good quality. The proprietors are very courteous and easy to deal with. Many times I go in to get supplies, and if the don't have it in stock, they order it right away, and in a few days my order would be ready. I am truly satisfied?Thank you Danray Hardware! great service but the hours of operation are posted now open closed 5pm its going on 10am and they're still closed you need to update hours of operations.
