While the nurses are nice it seems the center has systemic problems that need to be addressed such as no receptionist at the start of the first shift, late chair times, shortage of staff, no nurse or doctor administrator on duty at the start of first shift. Staff will keep you waiting in the lobby for extremely long periods of time without notifying patients as to why they are waiting so long for their treatment. Simply disrespectful to their patients.

My father comes here 3 times a week. The staff is rude, the waiting area is dirty and the doctor on staff here does not know how to handle patients at all. These people are sick and rely of staff to tend to them and make sure they receive the treatment they deserve at a great quality. This place is far from it. The doctor tried to humiliate my father after he expressed how rude staff is. My father has cancer, stage 3. He's in constant pain and they do nothing to help. The machine is will stop treatment and he sits there for another 25 mins until someone takes him off. Ridiculous. Disgusting place with incompetent workers. Staff fresh off the short bus. NEVER TAKE A LOVED HERE FOR TREATMENT

From a medical aspect, they are top rate at what they do. I am sometimes a difficult case. A couple of the techs know exactly where to poke me. They always know what to do when my pressure drops.

I wish I could give them no stars, this place lack of management and poor care for patients is unacceptable. They don't follow patient's schedule, don't act with a sence of urgency. I am seriously considering sending an email to their CEO Kent Thiry to see if that could bring changes to the facility.

I was going to give no star but it does not let me post. That center is a disaster. My mother in law almost die because at the center while she was getting the dialysis, nobody was noticing that she was bleeding through the needle. It has happened more than once. Also, one time she had a 230 high blood pressure and the ambulance was called but they didn't want to disconnect her from the dialysis process even though the paramedic was demanding the nurse to do so. The attendee wanted to finish giving her the dialysis with-out worrying about her life.I think this center doesn't use the right tools to clean patients blood because my mother in law doesn't have any problem when she gets the dialysis at a hospital.
