A senior citizen accidentally left their backpack w/ personal belongings at the clinic. Unfortunately, reaching them by phone was impossible as they refused to answer the phone, very unprofessional.

The facility needs a major upgrade. Seating is very uncomfortable for patients, who have to sit for a 3-4 hour dialysis treatment. Many of the staff are rude and are not very attentive to the patients and family members. The social worker Caroline shows no concern for the patients nor family members. She is rude and condescending. I wouldn't recommended a family member who needs dialysis treatment to this location. I would suggest the Davita top personnel tour this location. Not acceptable for the amount of money the insurance pays for each treatment.
