I’m a taxi driver for one of the patients I called and the customer service was very nasty and rude and told me why don’t I called the patient but the company number is on the file. They gotta learn how to talk to people.

I have been on PD dialysis for 3yrs, here at Davita the staff has been exceptional. They helped me understand and cope with what was happening to me. I started with nurse Aida who was the best thing this center had to offer, she no longer works there, now I have the next best nurse Dabora. The clinic is always neat and clean, and never over overcrowded. I did have one incident here a year ago. I accidentally cause a tear in my catheter. And needed it changed, I called the on call nurse as instructed, by her, she told to clamp the tear and report to my dialysis center the following day, Aida wasn’t on duty, the head nurse Vicky was supposed to handle my problem. She couldn’t I had to take a cab to my Surgeon who, was upset that they sent me to him and wasted his time with something he called “a easy fix”. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I stressed it to Davita and was told. That the HEAD nurse didn’t fell comfortable changing it. I told them then you need to train them until they feel comfortable enough to do their job. And I requested a refund for my Ubers, they said they would and never did and never address it again. At that point I did not take any further action, I left it alone, I didn’t want to get my blood pressure up anymore. If it happens again, I told them I will just leave and find another facility. That has enough trained staff to help me when an emergency happens.

My Father in law has his Dialysis there. Very professional and courteous staff. Only draw back they have no street parking. They do have a garage around the corner. But it's usually full and hard to get a spot

Every single staff member at this location is stellar. I have been a patient here for 3 on the home dialisys side and I have enjoyed working with the staff there the entire time. Aida is my nurse and truly one of the best nurses that have ever looked after me. If you need labs Aida is your nurse. Extremely gentle. I pass up many other (closer) locations because that's just how comfortable I feel there. When you have a serious life-altering illness you need to have a friendly and kind clinic to help you through your journey to wellness. Thanks Davita Williamsbridge
