I was told that they hd my prescription in stock. When my script was sent over, I called and spoke to Tony. He started to take my info and kept saying it was hard to get. He then said he would call me back...never did. I called and was told he was gone for the day. BIG lie. I asked to check my script to pick up tomorrow and was placed on hold for a loooong time, but wouldn't you know it Tony miraculously didn't leave work. He got on the phone and told me the meds were not in stock. Hmmmm? Extremely unprofessional.

if I could give a 0 rating I would I called ahead twice and asked if they could fill my prescriptions and they said yes just come in and first i live in upper Westchester County and travelled by bus over and hour and half plus a 20 minute walk just to be told by the head pharmacist that he could not help me! that's why I called twice before going and he told me the exact opposite of what he told me on the phone. I would never go there ever again; id rather travel out of state to get a prescription than go back there... Terrible

I used to live in Riverdale, & went there a nice amount of times. I moved to Manhattan now, but was visiting my parents who are still in that area. I am someone who uses hand sanitizer very often. Big on cleanliness. Bought two there for the price of one which was awesome. A kind of hand sanitizer I've never seen before either. It cleanse them, & also makes them soft.The two female employee's/cashier's were very nice, & respectful as well.Thank you.

What a refreshering breath of good customer service. Steve and his pharmacy team are knowledgeable and very willing to go the extra mile. Delivery of medicine is such a help. Other items too. We try to support small businesses and DJ Drugs is well worth the time. Sorry that the government has not seen the importance of permitting DJ to provide COVID medicines. Big mistake because they would get it right. All and all use Dj. True pharmacy interested in patients not just customers for candy bars although they do have everything.

DJ is a truly wonderful neighborhood pharmacy. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and kind. Steve is remarkably patient. If your script is not in stock efforts are made to order it quickly. The front desk is very helpful as well. One gets and old fashioned vibe which recalls the pre cvs mass market days. This is Riverdale jewel Although parking is difficult DJ delivers 5 days a week. When i moved back to Riverdale from Westchester recently I was so pleased to still have DJ which had been a source of endless enjoyment for my grandson who loved coloring books and crayons along with pez dispensers sold at the front of the store. DJ carry on but please do get a new system to print labels which are easier to read and do not blur with use.

Amazing pharmacists. When I needed help understanding what my drug does they helped me right away. The pharmacist, Steve is amazing. He really does help when you need it.

This is the best pharmacy in NYC - the pharmaceutical staff are extremely knowledgeable and will find time to answer any questions you have about medications - they are also very helpful with insurance matters. The store has a lot of wonderful products as well as select gourmet teas and a healthy selection of cookies and other goodies - and did I mention the wonderful toy aisle for last minute presents. I am sure they have saved many lives with the wonderful FREE DELIVERY which they provided throughout this pandemic. This is old world family business service at it's best. Keep up the good work, DJ drugs and thanks for always being there for your clients!

A pharmacy that actually cares about its customers and goes the extra mile, no matter what. This is how pharmacies are supposed to be, but sadly aren't any more. Very grateful for their service and help!

Dj drugs not only custom mixed a formula of "Magic Mouthwash" for me, their curbside pickup during a sudden torrential rain storm was exemplary of their superior customer service & extremely helpful - !!!!!
