It was 8:50 PM and the security guard was not allowing additional people into the store. I personally wasn't even shopping, I had to add money to my card, a transaction that would have taken less than two minutes now has to wait a full day because of their employees not wanting to do their jobs. When I work my job, the doors have to stay open until the hours listed which are listed on the door. Highly unprofessional.

Ugh.....Okay, so this isn't the worse Dollar General I been to but it's definitely not the best.The good: It's usually well stocked and you can find what you're looking for at most Dollar Generals or more. Everytime I come here I do get what I'm looking for.The bad: It's usually ghetto as hell. Lots of suspicious characters roaming around and OF COURSE certain items are locked up because of theft. The place is usually mismanaged and under staffed and the lines tend to be ridiculously long at times for no reason.The ugly: It's just ugly and in a ugly neighborhood.Verdict: If you really need something and know you can find it at Dollar General. You won't be disappointed with this spot. It'll most likely have it here but go in knowing that it's ghetto and ghetto activities will be taking place there. Yes, sometimes it's very quiet but at peak hours, this place is a mess.

The store isn’t clean and I only ever see one person at the register and today I bought ice cream what seems to be for no reason by the time I purchased it the ice cream was half melted. I was in line for 15 minutes maybe even more with frozen items

They always have nice things here but my only issue is the "security guard" black guy with the hat who is always standing right at the front when you walk in.He watches your every move at the register and it's so uncomfortable. He's also sometimes in the way because I'm heavy set so I have to squeeze past him.It would be easier if he would literally move out the way. Go unpack some boxes or something instead of watching mad face!!

The staff here are amazing. Went in to use a digital coupon. I misread it. Regarding the price. The cashiers and manager was so patient with me. They gave excellent customer service. They didnt get an attitude cause I held up the line. Incredibly patient. Appreciate all the work they do.
