Staff are friendly and efficient, but store seems to need more employees. The isles are usually filled with boxes of products to be shelved. Also the air-conditioning seems to be broken as it is hot and uncomfortable to shop l. I can't imagine to work under the stifling hot conditions. I would also like to state that the employees that I have have dealt with like Spencer and others are extremely helpful, cordial, professional during interactions with customers. The new manager often helps my disabled friend to my car himself when staff are unable to assist her.

This store has terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional workers. They are extremely disrespectful and rude to any customer entering. Terribly messy and unorganized. 0/10 service.

It's okay here New tall black worker or key holder manager with black hat had a very nasty attitude when I as a customer asked him something but was very nice to his coworkers it was like Jeckyl and Hyde. This new tall black worker key holder is always running around the store in a panic acting like he's working so hard when he's not really doing much of anything especially with all the empty shelves. Everyone else at the store is okay. Especially if you say your a manager there's a way to talk to customers. You never know who you're talking to when you're nasty to customers. Rats still running around the store and products on shelf are scarce. He's always talking ish about customers after they leave he's just unprofessional.

HEADS UP there’s one new tall slim new manager that’s very rude very very rude basically through my money at me for no reason he was upset I needed refund and yes I understand it was busy but there is no need no any one to mistreat a daily customer the way he did . He’s a new manager I get it the job is frustrating but if u can’t not handle it then don’t work in retail find a home job or office job so you don’t have to deal with customers. I see the employees trying their best in doing what they can but this manager is overwhelmly RUDE!!!! I love this store the employees are very friendly and do help BUT HE HAS TO OR HE HAS TO BE SPOKEN TOOOOOOO!!!!

Why are you yelling at customers “we close in 5 minutes”? For all that close at 8:30 instead of yelling at customers as they enter the store that you close in 5 minutes. Ghetto.
