The manager here name Dreson is rude and unprofessional along with an associate who spoke to me another customer rudely. I asked for assistance and the associate told me to that the item was over there. I asked over there where and he replied "Can't you read or see?" Again, I asked the associate and he did not reply. After wondering throughout the aisles I finally located the item but it was far out of reach on the very top shelf. I could not reach it and asked the associate who was in the opposite aisle and he did not reply. I told him I could not reach it, and he told me " I don't care ". I told the manager at the front Dreson who was also rude. This location is ghetto and so is the employees and store manager.

Dollar?General used to sell good items at cheap prices but that's not the case anymore. I reached to the cashier with 5 items and put back 2. I'm like what? How much?....it's OK I don't need those 2 items.....?

This place is the most lowest place I’ve ever been to! They are so use to people stealing that tried to falsely accuse me of stealing and when I told the Hispanic manager to show me proof that I was doing so she stated cameras were not working. What made matters worse was the fact she threatened to kill me and my family extremely disgusting and low behavior coming from a manager. She needs to get fired from all dollar general companies in addition to this location never having anything organized or stocked. I’ve never been so humiliated or embarrassed in my life being falsely accused without proof maybe because of the way I was dressed mind you I hold a very important profession ! Unacceptable

This store is so ghetto. You have some employees eating at the register and on their cellphone. They don't care how sales work and meeting their sales goals. Inventory is always on carts blocking the inventory on the shelves and they have a theft problem because staff is not constantly on the floor. Then, the makeup is in plastic bins. Management needs to do better. Do we have to wait for white people to come into the neighborhood? Only then will the ghettoness disappear.

My daughter just went in to buy some items and was followed while shopping. We visit this store often because it is near our home. The staff is terrible and always on their phones and the store is in constant chaos. They never have any sanitary pads in stock at any time you go. And the store is a Mess. Literally. At all times. There are always pan handlers in front of the store and always asking for money. This store needs new management and a Huge transformation.

This is a store in my community that I frequently go to and shop at. This morning I had to identify myself as a community social worker to a short statured store manager just to get items that were there but were blocked by merchandise moving carts. I could've moved the cart but prefer not to without store workers/managers permission. This particular worker, I'm assuming that he is a new store manager of some sort, told me that although the items were there he could not move the cart and that I would have to come back later. When I asked him if they were other employees in there which could come over and just move one of the carts he denied that they were available and I would have to come back much later. After I identified myself as a regular customer and also a community social worker he himself moved the cart with what appeared to be an unpleasant attitude. This is not the first time I have come across this particular worker and I have seen him displayed a bothersome body language when approached by customers. I hope that the store headquarters would give this young man an orientation regarding customer service, accommodations and hospitality.
