“This Dollartree is larger than typical stores I've been to. Shelves were well stocked and it was easy to find stuff I needed. Only shopped here because I was in the area and it was worth the stop.”

“The people who run this store are always so polite. They are very welcoming and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. They have a wide variety of household necessities, person necessities, decorations, and bedding. They have storage solutions for food and personal items. They also carry luggage and duffle bags. There are some food items and snacks. They carry gift items as well. It's always a pleasure visiting this store.”
“This place has been here for a couple decades. They are always pleasant and welcoming. They carry a variety of household necessities, decorations, small appliances, undergarments, personal hygiene products, toys and gift items. They even have some beautiful plants. They have clothing and house shoes. There's honestly too much to list here. You have to check your bags in but don't be offended, so many stores in the area have had to close due to incessant shoplifting.”

“It's a good replacement for a Dollar Tree for the area, at least they sell things for 1.25 (the new dollar apparently) but check the expiration dates on stuff before you buy. I bought some snacks and had to exchange them cuz they were expired. But they gave me no issues since I had the receipt. Their return policy is only 7 days though psh so make sure to notice on time ?”

“I shop at this store all the time, the have pretty much everything even furniture and mattress at a great price.I bought several pcs of furniture and mattresses from them and they were great, good quality.They make you feel welcome, I highly recommend this store.”
“I've recently visited the store and the customer service has improved a lot. Employees are friendly. I purchased an item and the receipt stated exchange within a week if the item is same condition and I was able to exchange. They have a lot new items in the store and lots of holiday items with discounted price. There new toys in the store which I was satisfied with. If anyone reading this post may visit the store for holiday items. I was very satisfied with their service. Employees are very helpful!”
“I was really happy to see a new Dollar Tree in my neighborhood (especially one with its own parking lot) and this one did not disappoint. The 4 stars is for the variety of merchandise and the great prices. The -1 star is for the common Dollar Tree affliction of more merchandise in the aisles than on the shelves. When the store 1st opened, it was beautiful....only a few months later, the shelves are empty and the aisles filled with boxes ?”

“HEADS UP there’s one new tall slim new manager that’s very rude very very rude basically through my money at me for no reason he was upset I needed refund and yes I understand it was busy but there is no need no any one to mistreat a daily customer the way he did . He’s a new manager I get it the job is frustrating but if u can’t not handle it then don’t work in retail find a home job or office job so you don’t have to deal with customers. I see the employees trying their best in doing what they can but this manager is overwhelmly RUDE!!!! “Like to acknowledge Michael Rivera: I shop this Prospect Ave location at least once weekly since it’s arrival and while I almost always take the time to rate my experience at the register, today I took notice that although Michael was on another register he multi-tasks the entire store at times from managing, stocking, register etc. keeping the store in great shape functioning well with items sufficiently stocked, lines move very quickly when he’s managing and if there’s something out of stock he commits to getting it in quickly not to mention he’s pleasant to customers. I just needed to share my consistent experience with the company as this location has changed employees and management several times and while never previously really bad just noticing it’s always a pleasant experience lately.

“This DT is one of the best I've visited. Roomy and a lot of different items. And they put out enough so many customers get what they're looking for. Awesome that they have parking, too. Every time I visited, the fridges would be working, which is an A+ considering many in the Bronx. Keep it up, DT, and I will continue to be a customer. “I went in there 3-4 days ago had left my phone and all my debit cards. This one young lady found it and held on to my belongings making sure it was safe! When I came she verified who I was and said she was hoping for me to come back! I almost broke down and cried because I would’ve been arson she was very nice I even took her name I believe it was Crystal or Christina. She was very nice! Her customer service skills was nice she was happy to give me belongings ?”

“First time I came here, it smelled like pee and they didn't have lots of stuff, but today I went in there and they changed a lot! They gave better stuff and thry improved the store. Only thing I feel bad is that people try to steal in there and I saw the police arresting them. We can't have nice things ?
I was so happy with the cooking section and they have new face stuff, the prices went up, but that is not a bad thing because you're getting better products and it helps to improve the store. I'll travail the journey to come back here, since the dollar tree near me closed (again, so much stealing, it's sad)”

“My favorite store ever! But sometimes it can get very busy and lines would be very long but it’s usually on Thursdays or Fridays. Obviously not everything there costs a dollar but prices are pretty good, I get snacks here often and nothing is too expensive.”
