I love any dollar store, but they stare too much, making me feel uncomfortable, I had to make sure they see the items I took for them to stop thinking I wasn't stealing. I had to rush, and I even forgot some items because I tried to hurry before I opened up this ghetto bilingual mouth God gave me to avoid problems.

I love this dollar tree, and it has great selections. Except, there's a lot of people who like to loiter in the building. And sometimes it's very uncomfortable entering the building like this.

This dollar tree is like a journey to hell not because of the service, but because of how slow the registers are. I came here one day on a Sunday afternoon to purchase a few items and the weight for three people was unbelievable. They have many items in stock and the store is very clean.. but what’s with all the crackheads being downstairs?

Absolutely the worst Dollar Tree I’ve ever been to.
The lines are ridiculously long, and you’ll spend more time waiting than actually shopping. The customer service is a joke—rude, unhelpful, and the cashiers seem to take pleasure in arguing with you over the smallest things. It’s beyond petty. Don't even bother with the escalators because they NEVER work. This place is a disaster from start to finish. One star is too generous! :3

THIS HUNTS POINT LOCATION ALWAYS HAVE BOXES BLOCKING THE ISLE IT SEEMS THE WORKERS IF OVERNIGHT OR DAY WORKERS DON'T DO THEIR JOB THEY STAND AROUND JOKING CHATTING AND CUSTOMERS NEED ITEMS THAT ARE BOXED UP. IT'S SO FRUSTRATING I WALK OUT SO DO OTHER CUSTOMERS I WENT THERE TUESDAY AUGUST 13TH 2024 THERE WERE BOXES IN THE ISLES I WENT BACK TODAY FRIDAY AUGUST 16TH 2024 AND THE BOXES STILL BLOCKING THE ISLES GOODS NOT PACKED OUT . !! SO I TOOK MY MONEY ELSEWHERE AND I GOT ALL MY FALL AND HALLOWEEN 🦇 DECORATIONS FOR THE HOUSE AND AREAS. DO MUCH BETTER DOLLAR TREE HUNTS POINT BRONX NYC

So far this is the best dollar tree I've gone to in the bronx! I been to a few and this is the only one that has everything of what I look for. If it was cleaner I'd rate it a 5. I haven't experienced any attitudes from the workers.

My God how rude I asked one simple question ⁉️ how much were the flowers seed's.she looked at me like I was her enemy the big packs of seeds had no price how I'm I soppose to know .I walked out horrible attitude

Horrible Experience here! FIRSTLY, an African Cashier was assisting me . Then comes a coworker ? and tells her blatantly that her station was filthy both in English and Spanish...and to move out the way so that she may clean. This happened on said date, 6/18/24 at 11:50am. Look at the cameras! Very unprofessional, very rude was the manager on duty when she asked the coworker whom was mocking the African Cashier what was going on....and she harshly said something to me like she was on the right! Customer service here LACKS! Also, they need to close this location down! You never find any items ....isles are empty ?. What's going on here? Won't be ever going back!
