Horrible customer service ! I’m use to shopping at the route 17 location in New Jersey . Which is phenomenal. This location doesn’t greet you when you walk in , ask if you need help with anything and they literally just sit at the register talking to one another still not acknowledging the customer I literally just threw the box on the counter and left didn’t even want to go through with the purchase. Highly don’t recommend this location

Haven't been in almost a year. Never been to this location. Was pleasantly surprised at the selection upstairs on the discount rack. A lot of best sellers for 20% off. Actually going again this week. I RECOMMEND

Not happy visiting DSW warehouse. There were a couple of employees doing stock. I didn't see any sales person to help customer to look for shoes brands. Very disappointed. I endedcup ordering the shoes I wanted online.

It's an organized dsw. Not much staff, but shelf's are clean and organized. No crazy messes. Very typically dsw feel. This place is two floors. I don't think they have a men's only sale section anymore, which was weird

No wide width options very few maybe two pair come in wide width we were looking for 8 wide and 11w and we could find nothing they're wides are carried on line a lot of people still want to go into stores to try on shoes
