These people do what they want when it comes to peoples medication. The customers service sucks on top of that. I got the wrong medication numerous time. They even gave me a medication that made me break out. When I notice it was the wrong medication the pharmacist said he gave me that medications because that is what the insurance covers although my doctor requested a certain one. Then my sister picked up medication for me and after I told them when I called I did not want the pill but I will take everything else they still gave it to me. Now they don’t want to return it. They need to be re-evaluate as a pharmacy. Terrible!

Realized we forgot to bring my son's medication while visiting. Looked online to see which pharmacy would be cheapest and this one came up. It was less here vs going to Shoprite's pharmacy. They were able to call my pharmacy and fill both prescriptions. They were quick and courteous. Grateful for neighborhood pharmacies.

Worst pharmacy ever, they do not know what they are doing, the ladies are very rude and unprofessional and they give you the run around about your Prescription saying they don’t have it and make you lose time by calling you’re doctors, when you are asking simple questions avoid this place at all cost I would have given them a zero it the ratings allowed me

Most disrespectful staff everAfter waiting on the line for 10min I got skipped by someone just because she was speaking Spanish. One of his so called assistant asked me WHAT DO YOU WANT with so much rudeness that i was stunt but the most PATHETIC thing about my visit was I SAW THE PHARMACIST AND HIS GIRLS LAUGHING at me when they read my PRESCRIPTION to let me stand there for another amount of time until everybody that stood behind me on the line left for them to give me my prescription.

Go to CityMD. They won't waste your time. I scheduled an appointment for 2pm. They called me multiple times the day before all the way up until 9pm to confirm my appointment. I get here the day of, EARLY, and they want to push my appointment to 2:30pm because they failed to plan accordingly. No one made any attempts to call me BEFORE 2pm to let me know that they'll be pushing my appointment. I'm a grad student and have finals this week so my schedule is also very tight. I need this doctor's appointment. If I didn't show up or came late, they would've charged my card for the appointment however there's no accountability or repercussions on their side besides this review I guess. Again, go elsewhere. ****correction: They won't be coming back from lunch until 3:15pm. GO. SOME. WHERE. ELSE.

Kevin always messes up my scripts and the other pharmacists are useless. The girls at the counter are nice. They need to learn to listen to their customers instead of giving them attitude when they screw up!

This is very convenient for me and my family. I love literally around the corner. And when I can’t wait to see our doctors in Manhattan. This is where I go. Th is past February I called to ask if they give the flu shot and if they would see me and my 5 kids to get it. It was already after 6pm. They said yes. They close at 7-8pm(I think). I was thrilled. We got there 6:30pm and all 6 of us were registered, seen and sent home within 30mins. I’ve been taking my kids there for any urgencies every since. Staff is lovely Especially the young lady at the front desk I’ve been so many times. She recognizes me and my children Medical staff are very pleasant. Very clean too.bathroom and waiting area. I’d recommend anyone to go there Thank you for your services. Stay blessed

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!! they tried to charge me 65 when my insurance didn't require that. Then I was poked 4 times with needles because the nurses are not properly trained professionals. It has not been 2 weeks since the blood test and still no update. Basically waste of my time and blood. CAME TO FIND OUT BLOODS NOT AVAILABLE BECAUSE THE INCOMPETENT NURSE FAILED TO LABEL TUBES !!! useless staff.

Follow Up: I had to contact a Pharmacist because nobody ever called me back after I called 3 times, left a voicemail and sent 2 emails. She informed me that the medication I was prescribed is for a variety of conditions that have inflammation or when the immune system needs to be suppressed...muscle injuries, allergic reactions, asthma or COPD flare ups, brain swelling from cancer just to name a few. It is not used to treat the flu. But can be used if you have breathing troubles.she advised I stop taking the medicine so it can be flushed out of my system because I had a terrible side effect: tingling sensations in my legs that is super uncomfortable if I stand for more than 2 minutes. I should sue. Perhaps I have crappy insurance and that's why I was charged $75 for a walk in visit on Christmas Eve. I came in with Flu like symptoms to be told that they ran out of Flu tests. If only they would have told me this before being charged $75!!!!!!!! I was also prescribed medicine that created an ordeal for me because the Pharmacy I went to said that they were not notified of this exact type of medicine I needed (as this medicine comes in many different forms and if taken incorrectly it could be seriously harmful) and they had to call to find out, were unsuccessful and then I myself had to figure out what I was supposed to be prescribed, sick and all! It was never confirmed what I have and I feel like I got sicker trying to figure out this medication situation. I'm out $75, still terribly sick, and with a foreign medication on my hands. I called to speak to upper management and I'm still waiting for a call back. I wish I could have a refund. The gag is, they want me to come back in 5 days and pay another $75. For what? An ice pack? The 2 stars is for the cleanliness of the facility and AWESOME customer service of the Front Desk representative.
