I had a really good experience with this company. When booking a visit, the lady on the phone was super kind and helpful, and I was able to get someone over quickly the next day. Jhavon the technician offered helpful advice and insight regarding our Samsung fridge, I definitely recommend booking them for a service!

The dryer had been stopping mid-cycle at random, sometimes five minutes in, sometimes near the end. Faulty sensor replaced and tested through a full load before the technician left.

Our dishwasher arms weren’t spraying water, leaving dishes dirty. The technician fixed them and gave advice on keeping them clean. Now everything works perfectly. I’m happy I didn’t put off the repair any longer.
