I was not really interested in buying a car until I came across this company website. Due to my ankle injury, Lynch N. Help me from start to finished over the phone and through text messages. He answered every questions and concerns that I might of had and throughout the process, he kept me up to date on how the process going. In less then 1 week, Lynch was able to get me into the car that I like so much. The monthly car payments is soooo reasonable. I recommend anyone and everyone to go to this dealership and ask for Lynch. Tell him Ms. Gordon mess up ankle lady sent you lol. No seriously.Go to Lynch!! He will work with you! Make thing's happen.I'm definitely a happy customer!

Very disappointed. Full on bait & switch. Had an appointment to test drive a particular car. Took over an hour to drive there with my wife. When we get there; they made us wait about a half hour before telling us they don’t have the car. Mind you I spoke to the salesman at the end of the day the night before to confirm and we were the opening appointment; so the car was never even there in the first place.Huge scam. Try to avoid at all costs. Who operates like this in 2023?

Words can't express how grateful, we were with jhoan. He was very respectful and friendly. He made our transaction very easy. He even help with the car insurance, that was going to expire the next day. We were overwhelmed because the day before we were going to buy our dream car with Carvana. I will never make that mistake again. They had us jumping to many hoops for nothing. So we decided to by Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealer, and we got our dream car. Thank you for time and service . The Collazo family.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I made an appointment on a Friday to go test drive a vehicle that was posted on their site. My appointment was for that Sunday. The same Friday a rep contacted me to confirm my appointment, emailed me a confirmation and did a follow up call on Saturday to make sure I was coming. When I showed up on Sunday the sales associate tells me "SORRY, THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD 3 DAYS AGO." I drove an hour and a half to get to this place with the intention of making a purchase and the vehicle had already been sold ON THURSDAY even before the test drive appointment was ever made. Maybe this is their way of getting people into the lot to pitch some garbage sale. The manager, I believe his name is Shawn didn't even have the courtesy to step out of his office to apologize for wasting my time. Do not do business in this place. Very unprofessional.

Shawn B. was amazing really helpful. We both admired my new baby in person at first, went for a test drive and after three visits I was able to get my baby. He was there with me through the whole process. And it was amazing. I'm extremely happy with my car and the hospitality. And any other car I get I'm definitely coming here as well asrecommending all my people to come here as well.

I got a car 2020 grand Cherokee from here just over a year ago. I already had to get one daytime running light fixed make in march. Now just months later I had to return because the other daytime running light is out. At the time of replacing the 1st light they did not tell me anything else was wrong. No other issues. Now I've have the car for 14 mons and everything thing is wrong. And I'm a single female and don't know anything about cars btw....... My tires don't match I never knew, I need rear brakes n rotors my gear shift is broken and I can honestly say it's been like that since day one. And that's why I didn't know to think it was a problem. But now of course I'm out of warranty. Sold me a damn lemon..... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

This is the worst service department I've ever used. Save your time and go elsewhere. It does not seem like anyone knows what they are doing.

My experience at Eastchester Chryler, Jeep, Dodge was excellent! I was a first time buyer and they made the experience easy and comfortable. The Sales Manager Steven was very personable, informative and patient! Their insurance specialist Mr. Shawn Beltran was also great and very helpful. Also there was a new sales person a Mr. Chris who also was great! The sakes staff there was very professional and helpful! I would recommend Eastchester Crysler to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Not sure how good the actual Dealer is because I haven’t made it that far even thought I have been thinking about visiting and seeing what my options are, But when it comes to the parts department… this place needs to be reformed with people who actually like their jobs or be trained with customer service. I’ve already had three bad experiences. First time I checked for a part they said they had it and I told them I was on my way not realizing that they closed at 5pm and it would take me longer than usual to get there, but you would think that the employee would tell you that they are closing soon since google said they closed at 7pm and it was like 4pm when I said I was on my way. Fine returned the next day to find out that the system said they had one in stock but the employee could not find it, topical autozone experience. 3rd experience I called for some relays and gave the guy on the phone the part I needed and what it was for…. He said he had it, so asked him to make sure he physically had it before I head down. He returned to the phone and said I have two left and I will put them in the basket and the let the guys know…- I ran there and to my surprise staff knew nothing… anyways he finally found them and said here they are , after looking at them and noticing they were different from the stock one and I failed to bring it with me I asked him if they were the right one figuring that they would know, the employee said to me the guy that pulled them has had 50 years in the business and he wouldn’t be wrong, I said cool graves the relays and took off… guess what…? They were the wrong ones. I needed relay for the low and high radiator fan and I got from the “Professionals” high and low beam headlight relays. I will be returning tomorrow to see what’s there excuse.Typical lack of knowledge from supposedly professionals.Come on Eastchester, on Boston RD. Ya could do better!!!

Total bait and switch and not at all trustworthy. This was supposed to be very simple. I knew what car I wanted and they happened to have a car in stock that had the trim and color I wanted. I reached out by email to tell them I was interested in that vehicle and that I'd like to negotiate a lease. When I negotiate a lease, I just want to know what the price of the car that will be leased is, the money factor (ie interest rate) and the residual. That plus whatever you are willing to put down then translates to the monthly payment. I dealt with AC. After some back and forth we agreed on a price that was $4,000 below MSRP with a $2,000 dealer discount plus $2,000 in incentives directly from Jeep (see text conversation where he clearly says yes). There was a lot of pressure to do the deal that day since it was the end of the month (and I know that dealerships and salespeople sometimes have incentives to hit a certain number of sales per month). So I hurry off to get there before they close to sign the papers. As soon as I was led into the finance managers office, I could tell this was not going to go according to plan. First, he tells me that the lease is for 39 months when I had clearly texted him that it was 3 years. Then, he asks me what I want to do about sales tax and fees meaning that the monthly rate I had been given was not inclusive of that. Still, the numbers are not making sense to me so I ask to tell me what the price of the car is for the lease. It turns out that they were charging me full MSRP. I explain that the deal was $4,000 off and show him my text where the salesperson agrees to the deal. Finally, after waiting 20 minutes, the sales manager appears and plays dumb and pretends I must have made it up. I show my texts again. He says the best he can do for me is $1,000 of MSRP. I tell him "it's not going to work out" and walk out. I have no problem with dealers setting whatever price they want and I will make my decision accordingly. I do have a problem with dealers who are not honest and won't honor a price that was agreed on by the salesperson in the hopes that they can pressure me into a much worse deal. Photographic evidence below. Beware of this dealer.

To whom it may concern,Experience 1 : Growing up in the area as a kid, I always remember seeing all the nice cars on the Eastchester dodge lot. Here I am 20+ years later owning my first jeep. My jeep eventually encountered some electrical problems in January ofd 2023. At the time of service, I do remember walking around the lot with one sales rep, and he eventually began to possibly show us cars and maybe get us into something new. A car is not a decision you instantly make, especially when you are coming in for a repair, however we took a chance because the service department stated that to fix my car would be $2,500.00 in which that's close to a downpayment on a new car. One thing that stood out to me was when it was time to speak to a finance manager. Charles Stanley, who still is employment there came over and stated to us that he was a dealer manager, or someone of certain power, where he needed to know if we were really serious because he doesn't want to go through the whole process if its not needed. That was very reassuring especially later finding out that he is only a product specialist. This means I was already not being taken serious because a person who couldn't even do the job was sent over to me.Experience 2 : Saturday July 15, my boyfriend and I came into your dealership because we were considering condensing from one car to two cars. At the time I still had my jeep with a remaining balance of $14,0073.00 attached to it, and my boyfriend bought in his Nissan Altima that was fully paid off. We began to browse the lot and Antonio approached us. To be completely transparent, he was the nicest Sales rep there is. He does his job, which their only job is to get you in a car, but the real question is would this have been the car of choice if they were more diligent with you as a human. With the help of Antonio we continue browsing the lot. My boyfriend and I were mostly interested in Durangos being that their price points were roughly around $40k. We saw about 3 sitting on the lot in which we took interest. One green one, that had a cracked windshield, beat up seats, and scratches. One Grey one that was a 2020 being sold for $40K but had about 60K miles on it, and then the one we selected which was the billet metallic version going for $40k and had 27k miles on it. Before purchasing or anything we questioned the evident damage to the vehicle. (Images will be attached below) Antonio promised that he could fix a few concerns being, A recall from Feb 2023, key scratches, passenger door handle cover, additional key fob, and a missing rear driver floor mat. Antonio promised that all these issues if we could move forward with purchasing the car. Already roughly 3 hours have passed. Antonio then took our keys to have both of our vehicles appraised, and then to take us on a test drive. My boyfriend and I loved the car and we wanted to proceed. Fast forward to now we are inside, and Antonio said he will begin to have the car detailed and cleaned. We than begin to fill out intake forms asking for regular information, I presume for a pre-approval in which we were approved. There was this paper that Antonio showed us stated that with our trade ins and with no downpayment our car payment would be roughly around $730-768. We said okay. Antonio said let me get my finance manager. When the finance manager came over he just came and introduced himself and looked at us as if he did not know why he came over to us, in which he didn't. My boyfriend and I stated we were interested in the finance amount because we were told we were approved. Next he says ok, follow me into my office. This was the first red flag, because he was unprepared and unprofessional. We then sat in the office and his phone rings, making a joke he stated "I don't know why people are calling me when I'm at work, knowing that I'm at work." And he still proceeds to answer the personal call. After his conversation now he begins to type information in the computer and hands us an iPad and steps out of the room and tells
