This location in the Bronx is the terrible. I actually cannot believe how horrible the service is. Just shut it down. Never got my package and when you try to call they give you the runaround. Trying to call them back and get what I ordered or a refund and no one is answering. All other locations that I call answer but not this one. What a waste of time and money I feel like I am being scammed.Buy something else for your loved ones.

If I could give this store ZERO stars I WOULD. I can’t begin to explain how annoyed and disgusted I am with them. Placed an order for Mother’s Day and never received it yet was marked as delivered. Now we are getting the run around for a refund. They want to issue a store credit or store pick up! We are not interested, just want the money back! I’m not sure how they stay in business with such horrible service! Customer service directs you right back to the useless store. Let’s see how long they take to respond to the email. STAY AWAY from this store!

This was a present for my husband from his mother !Strawberry wasn't fresh at all!The rest of the fruits were very soggy and had a funky smell!The kale decor was yellowand was smelling!We had to throw it out!!!

I placed an order to be delivered to mom job on Vday. It was marked as delivered and was never delivered. I called store directly to no avail. Called corporate and nothing resolved. Edible arrangements called my mom at 11pm asking to deliver and ruined the surprise. Next day and still cant reach the store and no delivery.

The status of my order said it was Received but I never got my order I’m highly upset I called customer service 4 times nobody answered I spent a lot of money for my spouse not received the these edible. For anyone ordering don’t waste your money they will not solve anything

Absolutely horrible service. Was made aware at 4 that the store closes at 5 instead of 6. Received a phone call that i’ll be there around 5:10. I get here and the store is closed and no refund. I tried contacting the store multiple times before 5 and I kept getting stupid automated messages instead of being contacted to the store directly. Never ever again shopping here. Horrid service.

Order Status was updated as: Delivered but we did not receive the order. We attempted calling multiple times and left voicemails. We have yet to get a call back

Just went in for a little sweet treat for myself and they were super fast and the girl in the front was so nice a friendly. Will definitely come back here when I'm in the neighborhood again.

I used this location for a last minute delivery and Tina worked miracles to make it all happen. She expedited my delivery and got my arrangements to it’s destination with no problems. I high recommend this location and Tina’s service in particular!

If I could give 0 Stars I would. This is my second time writing a review for this store the previous one didn't post. I ordered my 2 dozen/ 2 boxes of chocolate strawberries yesterday and begin eating them with my toddlers as soon as I got home. I immediately noticed a moist kind of smell but chalked it up to my sensitive nose. After eating a few more I noticed that the strawberries had a some fuzzy stuff on it. After inspecting a few of the strawberries I noticed they were molded. I immediately stopped eating them and tried calling the store (it was 5pm so they were closed). The following morning I returned as soon as the store opened and attempted to get a refund and was told they could not give me a full refund because we ate more than half of the first box. I explained that there was no way for me to know if the strawberries were molded because the mold was covered by chocolate, that's why we ate 8 of the 12. I also explained that Me, my 2yr old and 10yr old could get really sick from consuming their mold fruit. I was told by the store manager that she has to follow the rules of the general manager. They offered either a partial refund or more strawberries, but I no longer trust them enough to eat there and I just want my money back. This entire store is a health liability and should be reported to the health department.

I sent my mom flowers for her birthday and this is what she received. Absolutely disgusting. No wonder they are rated so low. I will be contacting my bank about this.

do not shop here, rude and do not follow thru. charged 13.00 in fees, when they advertise free next day delivery. customer service is just a bad. have contacted them several times for a refund to no avail. DO NOT SHOP THERE. THEY ARE RATED 2.6 OUT OF 5. STAY AWAY, THEY DO NOT DESERVE OUR BUSUNESS.
