Elba is the best been going to her for more then fifteen years never had a problem and she always get me the most refund possible. This year her daughters did my income tax and I had the same result. Excellent.

Very unprofessional, poor communication, do not answer calls/emails, unwilling to correct mistakes made on their behalf...lesson learned
