Highly unprofessional—they withheld the box, demanding additional payment before releasing it. When it was finally handed over, nearly everything was missing. This is outright theft. Don’t waste your money on them.

I sent a box 51 days ago and they still haven't sent it to my city. The only thing they know to tell me is that they are going to take it to me and they haven't taken it because there aren't enough merchandise to take it. Last month it is assumed that if one pays it is for shipping they have to take Ala for that one pays I do not have to send for any box for the shipment I package 140 pains So that I can take it to my house. I speak with the person in charge here and I spoke with the person in charge in DR and they only tell me what fence to look for. I will not send anything again they are very irresponsible

Shit of company. A completely disorganized place and the owners are two exploitative abusers, what they want is an asshole to run their business while they are very calm in the DR. I do not recommend ANYONE, not even the person in the worst conditions, to use this service. Zero stars. They lose people's belongings, and then they can't take responsibility and answer them. The place where they operate looks like a mousetrap. It's embarrassing. Do not use this service.

Terrible Company. Do not use it, they steal your things! Many things were stolen from me and my husband and I didn't even receive an apology when I complained. Inform them before using the Latin American service. On their facebook page they have more claims that other customers apart from me have lost things.Ahh... I give them a star because it's necessary for the commentary but they don't even deserve that.
