They don't even deserve a star. They are irresponsible. They tell you it will arrive in 3 weeks and it is not true. They lie to you to make you believe that they are good companies when in reality they are terrible and liars. I've been waiting for those boxes to arrive for a month and when I call Santo Domingo, a rude girl answers, she speaks without respect. If you have a problem at home, don't take it out on the customers who paid their money. Nothing is free here so they treat customers like we are bothering them for something we paid for, they should close this place, don't waste your time sending boxes with these people, they are liars and deceitful, this to me is a scam, they only lie to you to Don't go with another shipping agency, this is the last time I ship boxes with you.

We have been sending a refrigerator and a stove with this company for 6 months and this is the date that the refrigerator does not appear and the stove we are waiting for to be delivered and they have the worst customer service, very rude as they express of the worst experiences with a company that was recommended to me. :(

They sent a box to Puerto Plata more than a month ago and I call them and they ask them to help them with the shipping cost because they went to Puerto Plata and they didn't take mine and they have the nerve to tell me if I want the box to go quickly. I can go look for it or cover part of the tramport as if I have to pay for their mistake….. In addition, the lady who is in Santo Domingo is also arrogant and treats customers badly when they complain about the delivery. I hope that the owner of this company can see this

Horrible experience, they take more than 1 month to arrive, I put a box and it would arrive in 3 weeks and I'm going back to NY, it still hasn't arrived and I needed it while I was here. I will never send again and I advise you that if you don't want to have a bad experience, don't do it. Yeah
