They take a long time to pick up the shipments, I think if they cannot pick up on the agreed day they should call the customer and tell them that they are not coming, waiting all day and in the end they cannot pick up. They must have better service or communication with their customers.

The tank was open, missing a lot of merchandise, including a new drill, his response was "we can't do anything because it didn't specify the end of the drill." The secretaries are very rude......I would never use tenares again, and the BBB reported it...there are thousands of company series to send

The worst company sent 4 tanks, 2 packages and a box and they looted them and the tanks sank it to Palos to better steal and be able to take everything out. No reward. The worst

I called them a week ago to make an appointment pick up for today, I waited the whole day and they didn’t come, nobody could tell me why they didn’t come, the lady at the phone just said that the driver that was supposed to pick up my boxes ? had finished. That is rude and irresponsible from them. They think that they are the greatest ones and they don’t care about the costumers anymore. Also one of the ladies working there treated me like garbage, talked to me with attitude even though I was respectful with her.

I've used them a few times. As far as the divers they definitely be lying about knocking on your door and stuff like that, they claim they come n never come but as far as my packages arriving all intact to the dominican Republic I feel like it depends what you send and they do always claim its open in dr custom and and they'll give you credit and never do. I'm the type to alwayssss say whats in my boxes because everything I say its of value to me because it causes me money so when they give me bogus excuses I just know I won't get it back but overall they are pretty good.

Spent 2 days waiting for them to pick up 2 boxes. A week ago they picked up a box no problem I will give updates on how box was received in Dominican Republic. I call dispatch to let her know what’s going on and she responds saying the driver came and got tired of ringing my doorbell. That’s a lie because I don’t have a doorbell they were given instructions to call me as they did the week before. Drivers are liars and the dispatch is worst because she calls me to tell me the bs lie. My money and my time are valuable. I called Luciano shipping. Will put updates
