I recently had an experience with Enterprise that left me with mixed feelings. A day before my reservation, Adrian called to let me know that I should expect a wait due to limited inventory. While I appreciated the heads-up, I still don’t understand why customers are able to make reservations when the location doesn’t actually have cars available.
Despite this frustrating situation, Adrian provided outstanding customer service. He handled the issue professionally, treating each customer with patience and respect. Even though I had to wait four hours for my rental, Adrian remained courteous, kept me updated, and did everything he could to assist.
While Enterprise needs to improve its inventory management and reservation system, Adrian’s exceptional service made a frustrating experience much more manageable. I was very pleased with the service I received from him. Enterprise is really lucky to have you . Thank you, Adrian!

From the moment I entered the store I was greeted by smiling faces. They never seemed to hesitate upon showing me the best customer service I deserved. I was greeted with a smile and handshake. They then proceeded to explain to me the terms in which my insurance company would provide, and next introduced me to the vehicles that were available at the time and even helped me to pick my rental based on what I had already owned so that my experience would be comfortable. If I ever needed to rent another car I’m definitely choosing Enterprise!!

The staff at the Thrid Ave location in The Bronx NY is outstanding. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction, makes you feel like your business is more than welcomed, it's appreciated. Vehicle choices are decent too (they need more Benz's and Dodge Challengers in stock lol) When I need a vehicle and by chance, the one I chose is not available, the alternative options offered have been as, or better than my original choices. Carmelo (the branch manager) Ryan, Adrian (customer service agents) and the whole staff are very polite, professional and courteous. Thanks guys.
