We have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car for many years , without any issues , until today. We rent out of Williamsport PA , and I must say that their staff is excellent. We were given a defective car , and were stranded in NY . The process of roadside assistance was horrendous . We were keapt waiting for well over 5 hours , with constant promises of some assistance. No one ever showed up !! We called constantly , and were met with lie after lie . Their costumer service personnel was of no help . We were in a dangerous area , and they couldn't of cared less.. I will never ever use this Rent-A-Car company again ! I recommend that , you think twice before using this company. As , previously stated , their roadside Service is dreadful !

Only one front desk person working during a Holiday weekend. Multiple people waiting over an hour for cars that were booked for pickup at specific times.

Made a reservation at this location, called to confirm, arrived to pick up the car and the person on duty tells me they are sold out... No cars. All this on the day before thanks giving. Kind of like the Seinfeld episode, but not funny!!! They know how to take reservations but not how to keep it!

I gave this Enterprise 4 stars because of the staff are great, friendly and I’ve seen them handle some stressful situations, location is perfect and prices are reasonable. Now the two reasons i gave 4 stars and not 5 is because they’re closed on Sunday which is a bummer but understandable ( staff need their rest ) and not having the car you book. Usually they’re able to substituted the vehicle but sometimes the substituted sucks. I booked one recently and thought the substituted vehicle would be ok. It wasn’t, it was an uncomfortable ride for my poor passengers, but I agreed to take the vehicle and a 5% off which is pretty much change for an homeless man. Overall, an even 4 stars.

Long queue on Saturday morning,
Store policy different from the website‘s policy with a requirement to have an international license although our German licence is in English/ Latin alphabet. Thanks for ruining our weekend. Very poor experience.

Mixed reviews about this experience for many reasons but I will say that Jeddy, the agent waa very pleasant and helpful.
Upon arrival, there was a long wait as it seemed that only 1 person in the office was actually helping people secure their cars, thus checking them in and having to then take to the car and do the inspection. There were others in the office.
Over the weekend having the car, these 3 service lights came on, the engine light was of course the most concerning but the shop closed at noon Saturday so nothing to be done til Monday.
Lastly, the seat belt of the car smelled horrendous! I tried to scrub it with antibacterial cleanserr, didn't help much and left my shirts smelling terrible. Even the agent was shocked and appalled at the smell and wondered how it could smell like that.
So the people here are pleasant but need to inspect the cars better before renting.

When I get that car (toyotq corolla) was smelling weed inside but I didn't complain about that, I used some airfresh, anyways when I dropped off the employee said this car is smelling cigarettes and he charged me $200 for no reason ( I didn't smoke at all) even that, it supoused to get the $114 back and what did I get from my $300 was just $58.
This is not fair at all, I waste money becouse an employee wanted to get promotions I guess, shame

Used to be better. Weekends are slow and you better get there 30 minutes earlier than 9am on Saturday if you don’t want to wait two or more hours! Selection is low and it’s hard to tell if the problem is local management or something more global with the company. Certainly there is no shortage of customers here. I’ve used them for years because they are close, but it’s not as fast or democratic as it once was.

The management and staff at Enterprise Riverdale, Bronx NY, are excellent. They work very hard, they are kind and efficient, they do what they promise to do and they try to make every customer happy. Each car I've had from my rentals here has been in good condition and was as promised. That is a hard job at a busy city location! I so appreciate Luu and Dana and honesty all the staff work together to get the job done. I prefer to go here for any rental cars and am very grateful to the wonderful people that keep this location running smoothly.

The customer service was excellent and my rental was in top condition. The wait during the pickup was a bit longer than I anticipated but the staff kept me informed and was very sensitive to my needs.
