Brought my amg gle 53 here to get some paint work done. The car came back looking better than it did in the showroom at the dealership. Did a phenomenal job ! Wouldn't recommend anybody to go anywhere else but here.

After a dude on one of those mopeds messed up my car…..this company took good care of me. They were responsive to all my follow up calls, and understanding of my situation. These were decent ppl. My sensor on my car is malfunctioning a bit but i think that’s just something Mercedes Benz has to recalibrate….

Got into an accident a couple weeks ago and immediately contacted Entourage. Spoke with Jay who is extremely knowledgeable about literally every single detail. From what to do and who to speak to, as well as claims and vehicle damage. Thankfully my daughter and myself were well but it was important to me that he ask and made sure we were above all else. I had a GREAT experience with this company! I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! If I can write a review everyday, I definitely WILL! Took my brand new 2022 ILX to this amazing company after it was in an accident (not on my behalf). Jay and his team is the absolute BEST. Jay made my comfortable by answering all of my questions (I called l/texted him more than ten times) and not once did he ignore my calls or text or give me attitude. He has a great people-person spirit! When the work was complete, my my car looked exactly like the day I received it from the dealer: brand new. I WILL always go back! My mechanic for life! The owner has been amazing. My insurance company-usaa, has been back and forth with getting an appraiser out to the location. He has sent pictures to them because I am unable to.. He has attempted to resolve all issues that arose; including when the appraiser wrote a $60 estimateI appreciate your help throughout this entire process. Thank you
