Though I didn't end up going with Extra Space Storage, I had to leave a review because the customer service was so wonderful. Carlos, in particular, was the best!
I was a walk-in, so I didn't really know what was available, so Carlos took me to look at a few units that might fit my needs in different price points that would be better for me. He even looked to see if there were other units in different Extra Space Storage locations to make sure I was getting the best unit at my price point. Super sweet, knowledgeable, and informative. On top of that, the space was clean and bright.
I ended up not needing storage, but I will keep them in mind for the future if I ever do!

My experience at extra storage wss amazing, carlos was excellent answered all our questions and helped us choose a storage that was best for us, he was patient and soo nice. Awesome worker the best ive encountered i will definantly refer this place to other people.

For everyone and anyone if you are here Carlos is the one to go to. I came here with my mom and he had the patience to answer all her questions. He took the time to explain and show us different units with no rush.
When explaining the contract he also took his name. Carlos was friendly and respectful and relatable .
