I'm not sure if it's because I was early getting there, but the place was very clean, and the cashiers were very friendly. It probably depends on the time of day that you go. I'm not knocking anyone else's experience, but I didn't have a problem.

Not enough cashier. Have no coins ask customer for right change. Stay on line for long time. Don't go there when raining., and forget to bring bag you paid them for a bag by time you take 4 step bag soak food rolling down the street
