this is also not fedex but a pharmacy, they don't accept without a box and they come up with all sorts of rules just to not accept the goods, a long line at the checkout.

This is usually a good place to get your packages except when it isn't. Sometimes the lines can be really long and painful. Sometimes the people who are getting your package have attitudes when you didn't do anything to them. All that said it's a safe alternative to leaving your package unattended on a porch or somewhere.
