Team was quick and helpful, manager tried to help me resolve my lost package that was lost in FedEx yonkers. Package didn't leave yonkers for 2 months and was charged by Apple for not sending it back. Nobody wants to help or give answers.Full blame to the yonkers location but this store was where I conducted business and trusted with my package. NEVER AGAIN

I have been using this FedEx store since 2017. Joanne was serving then and now. She is a pro, and she cares and really helps. This is important because FedEx online customer service sucks. Their 800-463-3339 customer service phone people are terrible: they hangup forcing me to call again. In short, not all Fedex people are good. It is their customer oriented people like Joanne that make Fedex as good as they are.

Horrible customer service, extremely slow and they don't care that a line is forming out the door, they take their sweet time... do better, was third in line and waited over 15 mins because customer wasn't ready with the address, this is when you ask the customer to move over and when ready attend them, they were just standing around waiting for them to look for the correct address, have some common sense

Horrible service! Steven was not helpful. I asked to speak with a manager and he said all managers were off for the day. Really? I will never use FedEx again! Very unprofessional

NEVER USE FED EX COPY ON BROADWAY!!! After placing an order online and being advised by their customer service to pay in store due to a tax exempt paperwork issue, I was told by the store when my order was done that the price was OVER 100 MORE in store then I was totaled online. Their manager said that the prices are cheaper online then in store so they won't honor them. Tried to work with Fed Ex customer service and they wouldn't budge. The Fed Ex on Broadway is managed and run by Scum bags.

I have never left 1 star and I wish I could leave less. Jon is the slowest FedEx employee in the NorthEast. We waited 45 minutes with two couples in front of us. People behind us literally walked out in despair. I don't understand how this guy is still employed.
