If I could give negative stars they would get -100. 6 days after my package was supposed to be delivered, and almost immediately after calling, I miraculously get a text saying that it was delivered on promised delivery day. WRONG. I was sitting here, reviewed all ring notifications and vides from 5am to 11pm (both motion and knock/ring). No delivery at all from FedEx to me or ANY of my neighbors. Someone there is enjoying my item.

They only try to deliver once sent the package to ,Zerega and I have nobody to pick it up. When there's a place in Fordham. Not right for a cripple person to try and get help.

I only gave one star this was just so I can leave my review. I give this place no stars at all very bad costomer service I was disgusted by the way they treated me I’m a new mom who bought a stroller for $600 and the driver stole it and still remind working their tthe driver place the door tag on my door took a pic for prove then took it back off my door then got the guts to claim the package was left at a neighbor very disgusted for this eveil wicked action I will be going on every social media platform to let the world know. Never had issues with FedEx until this last time. Our package was stuck at the warehouse for 3 days before they delivered finally. When we called they couldn't tell us anything other then the package was on the truck for delivery, for three days? First time ever to have a problem. Other then this particular delivery we have always been happy with FedEx.

We went to send some boxes to the FedEx Ground station... I thought it was better to go directly to them and not look for intermediaries and ps it turns out they don't accept boxes on site unless they are pickup's. We had to go to a dealership that works for them to them and for which they charge you another fee....very bad, very bad
