Never had issues with FedEx until this last time. Our package was stuck at the warehouse for 3 days before they delivered finally. When we called they couldn't tell us anything other then the package was on the truck for delivery, for three days? First time ever to have a problem. Other then this particular delivery we have always been happy with FedEx.

They delivered the package no phone call or anything my package was stolen I contact FedEx Ex never responded my calls!.I lost my package and money!...bad services if the person is not at the home don't leave package on any porch people will steal the packages I know some people working at Fed Ex they even stole packages!

My online account was hacked and scammer purchased multiple items . When Armando the fedex delivery guy called me to confirm the delivery EEUU I let him know it was not my address and not my order. He immediately called to action and did not deliver and returned to sender and took the time to call me back and warn me of multiple items being delivered to local addresses with my name. And yes the scammers had ordered multiple items from my account. I was able to call my bank in time and report the fraud. If not for the fedex delivery person I would have been taken advantage of far worse. Awesome job!!!!

Package lost. Supervisor eventually came to service window (customers wait outside) and explained she has to follow procedures. Took my cell #, called me next day. Not found, still handled logically.

Fed ex driver Armando Id# 8187188 hands down best fed ex delivery driver i have EVER encountered. He came to deliver a package and we were not home he was kind enough to take the time to call the number on the package to ask for further instructions after leaving the package with my neighbor like I asked. He gave me a follow call to let me know where it was left and still placed a notice on my door. The next day he had to deliver another package myself and my neighbors were not home be again called me and kindly hid my package in our plants. This man goes above and beyond everytime he delivers a package. Truly grateful he is our delivery guy and wish all were like him.

Staff were courteous when I went to pick up my package at this location. That said, I had to wait over 10 minutes for them to retrieve my package from the warehouse, despite the fact that I was the only person there to pick up and the staff were kind of just standing around otherwise.The main issue with this FedEx location is that fact that I live on the other side of the Bronx (over 4 miles away) and yet, my package was brought here when the carrier decided they couldn’t be bothered to redeliver. They left a door tag claiming they WOULD attempt to redeliver on the next business day; then I got a random phone call telling me to come to 635 Zerega Avenue to get my package.I’m lucky enough to have a mode of transportation, so I was able to get my package. But for everyone who doesn’t live near this warehouse and/or doesn’t have a car, it’s extremely hard to get here.Does FedEx really think it’s okay to just not redeliver and then take our parcels to a random warehouse miles away, only to send them back if we can’t get over there to retrieve them in time? Insanely illogical and very poor customer service.

Online info and operating hours for pick up are different. Staff on-site took care of me anyway, they were helpful and courteous
