I was scheduled to receive a package by 1:50pm I check the website at 2:23pm and now the delivery time changed to before 8pm and the driver is Luis. I guess they're getting paid to screw ppl around. I seen the fedex truck down the block from me at 12:30pm on e.138th st. so what could've possibly happened? Horrible service on this delivery and I will escalate this matter!

If I can give it a zero I would. I had order a very expensive object and someone at this warehouse stole it and fedex couldn't locate the package. It's a shame that ppl steal stuff from other ppl not knowing the person's circumstances specially this holiday season. That gift was for my son. Next time im in New York I will for sure be making a stop here so they better be ready for me.

Terrible experience with FedEx. The staff was unhelpful, rude, and showed zero effort to resolve my issue. The customer service was just as bad—no clear answers, no follow-through, and no sense of urgency. What should’ve been a simple return turned into a stressful mess because of their poor communication and lack of professionalism. Very disappointing and definitely not the level of service customers deserve.

Does anyone have this locations direct number? Their (800) number is trash and the customer service is no help. I have an important package and it states no signature needed and they did not leave package as instructed by my mail box as all my other packages are left. If i could give this a 0 star i would.

worst courier for packages - never on time - false delivery updates - damaged packages received - customer service does not help what so ever - no escalations permitted - please sellers stop using them to deliver our shipments we are returning them

Worse place I been as FedEx center. The person in charge is just so damn stuck up and cocky. Takes his sweet time and not even because he is polite it’s just because he wants to be slow at what he does and because he sees that he has people coming in which makes people get frustrated with his slowness. Yet they have signs of zero tolerance which should be modified because I feel that being tolerant goes both ways. Not only for the worker. If customer is polite yet the employer is rude then i believe it doesn’t go with what you want to get. Totally would not like to go to this location again.

The delivery person didn’t ring bell , no phone call , I left my phone number by the door . Now I have to go the ship center to get my package.That happened twice. My soon orders if I see FedEx , I will cancel it right away. No bullshit

Wouldn't give me my package despite having valid ID, proof of sender, and basically everything else other than the person who's house it was shipped to (I was visiting my cousin and needed something shipped). Rude, dismissive staff, customer service TOLD ME I could pick the package up at the location stated but was denied when I got there. HORRIBLE company and their customer service is especially egregitiously terrible. Will never ship with this joke of a service ever again
