Great service, but FdEx thinks Puerto Rico is international. And it's not Puerto Rico, is a common wealth of the US. So they charge more smdh!

This place sucks. I was running to get to the pick-up center which is the fresh direct entrance and got there at 8:30. The person working there lied to me about my package not being there when it was. It was to close to closing time and he didn't want to do his job. This was on 1/3/24 @ 8:30pm. When I go back I will get his name and file a complaint.

Allegedly, the Delivery driver fraudulently signed for my package and left it who knows where. Instead of leaving a notice for the first attempt or returning the item to the sender, they allegedly allow the employee to sign for your package. If the trace team cannot find my package I will be escalating this matter.

Why would tap instead of knocking or ring the door bell. Does the fedex driver think someone will answer the door ?? Causing me to travel a long distance to pick up my stuff. Twice this week with the tapping on the door. Maybe they need training on how to ring a doorbell. Thanks for nothing Fedex.

I’ve had my share of issues with this facility, But NOT today!!!I’m extremely grateful for the Delivery (Man) who delivered my package. Phenomenal condition, he knocked and pressed the bell so I could hear him at the door. Once he heard me, and knew I was there to retrieve my package, he left.

I had a bad experience. When I arrived the customer rep was taking long to deal with a customer (almost 15min). While I was waiting two more customers came in. The customer rep allow one of the customers skip me to process their package. When the rep asked to service the next customer, the second person was going towards the rep. The security guard informed the rep that I was waiting before both of the customers who came in. The rep said he didn't know who was next knowing he saw me for 14 minutes before the customers came in the place. I was serviced and I departed. I hope I don't have to go back to that place anytime soon.

This place will make you loose your mind and the staff are not there to help anyone. Miss information and backwards policies that as a result has you waste time and money to try to pick up your package but they won’t give it to you. Don’t go here, just take the L.

Just like the previous reviews! Driver claims to make delivery attempts for a package that requires signature. NEVER has showed up to my business address, never called the phone number listed, just marked the packaged as return to sender. DO YOUR JOB OR FIND A NEW ONE FEDEX MAN!!!!!

FedEx shipped out package here instead of my home in Manhattan. Took hours to get here and they wouldn’t let me pick it up without TWO forms of ID. Waste of my time. I just refused the package back to the sender and ordered again with UPS. Last time I’ll use FedEx to avoid coming to this place

Zero Stars would be better. Filed a complaint that the driver said they made 2 attempts. NOT TRUE I was here all day both times. I called them 3 minutes after the 2nd fake attempt and told them to bring it now or don't try anymore I don't need the item anymore. They said they would not attempt and an agent would call me within 24 hours to discuss my dispute. Well I did not get a call and they tried to redeliver a 3rd time and said the package was refused. Can this company ever get it straight. I also had an issue last week that I paid extra for and that was screwed up also.

If you need to pick something up from this location make sure you have many documents that confirm your address printed. They are ridiculous that they can’t accept proof on your phone as if I had the time to drive to the bronx and falsify my info to pick up a package. A simple id with your own address will not do. I used to rely on FedEx for their customer service now I will avoid them!

I have requested that I be called or the door bell be rang and both times nothing... Why is this so HARD. All I want is my package, that I stayed home from work to get. Fed Ex you have to do better!!!!!

Was denied entry at 8:33pm despite them closing at 9pm and having clear sign that says last drop off at 8:45pm. The manager wouldn’t come out or give his name and sent security (Victor) . I always have a negative experience in this fed ex and it reflect poorly on the brand.**update. While walking back to the car the security let a white man in and when I went back to question the security about it, he told me “because he had ground shipping and not express”, even though my package was also ground shipping. Absolutely disgusting. I will definitely be making a call to corporate.

This has got to be the WORST of the FedEx locations. My employer on the westside ships a package to the Eastside (directly across and not too far from this Bronx location) and pays for overnight priority so that I receive it by noon on Saturday. It is now Monday at 4pm and still no package. They don't care and you can't contact anyone. WHAT A JOKE!

The worst experience EVER. Turned me away and said I need a proof of address to get my package, this is something I was not informed about prior to coming in. Only said I needed my ID AND TRACKING #. Soo inconveniencing because I took Uber 4 times back and forth. Please make sure your address is matching with your ID OR better yet have a proof of address with you.
