Joanne was very patient and super helpful with shipping out my package! I was having some issues regarding shipping and she provided nothing but great customer service and went above and beyond. Her service has made this my go-to FedEx location moving forward :)

Only one worker at the counter 5 person waiting.
I was 11 minutes until my time came.
She was very attentive and took care me in 4 minutes.

I’ve never had an issue at this location. The location is always clean, and my packages always get to their destination. I’ve even sent things internationally, and have never had an issue. I will say they usually have only one person working, so there is usually a long line/ long wait time, however, my overall experience at this store has mostly been positive.

Yas and Carlos were incredibly helpful. They went the extra mile to get my package labeled exactly the way it needed to be labeled and packaged - even though they didn't have a ready-made label for what I needed. Yas called a FedEx supervisor, got the necessary information and created the label himself, so that my package gets the protection required during shipping. This is amazing customer service and is practically non-existent these days (not at UPS or USPS and I've tried both). Thank you, Yas and Carlos. Fantastic customer service!

Great place for dropping off stuff. Joanne helped me put today with a drop off. I didn’t have my stuff organized but she was SO nice to me and patient. It’s not common to see someone so generous nowadays. I really appreciated her kindness!!! Thank you so much.

Excellent service. I went to print a Fedex shipping label for merchandise i was returning to an online retailer.. well the young lady informed me that they don't charge for that and she reinforced my package with extra packing tape, etc.. I usually bring my own scissors and tape because I like being prepared / don't want to purchase extra. By the way, they charge only 25 cents to print a document and they make copies too, which is wayyyyyy cheaper than the UPS shipping location on W. 231st street!
