Team was quick and helpful, manager tried to help me resolve my lost package that was lost in FedEx yonkers. Package didn’t leave yonkers for 2 months and was charged by Apple for not sending it back. Nobody wants to help or give answers.Full blame to the yonkers location but this store was where I conducted business and trusted with my package. NEVER AGAIN

For some reason these people are incapable of doing their jobs and delivering packages. Every 3 weeks we get a shipment of 60 lb cat littering food and they refuse to bring it up to the fifth floor.

I have been using this FedEx store since 2017. Joanne was serving then and now. She is a pro, and she cares and really helps. This is important because FedEx online customer service sucks. Their 800-463-3339 customer service phone people are terrible: they hangup forcing me to call again. In short, not all Fedex people are good. It is their customer oriented people like Joanne that make Fedex as good as they are.

I shipped a box to myself from St. Louis to this location because I didn’t have room to bring it on the plane in my luggage. I picked up the box when I opened it this morning, SOMEONE ELSES things were inside my box. In the middle of the box. A package with someone address on it. Upon further inspection, the box isn’t my original box. They cut the label with the cardboard behind it and taped it to this box. I’m missing items from inside the box. It’s a totally different size. What in the actual hell. I shipped it to the closest FedEx to my apartment and CLEARLY that was a mistake. Absolutely horrible. I feel so violated. I wonder if the person who’s stuff I have has the missing items of mine. Just hugely violated.

Got charged $5 for cutting paper and wasn't told about it for a single 4x3 copy was $6 dollars and they just told me they didn't know about it. This location needs to train their employees

I have a bone to pick with this place. Back in December I had an art show in Art Basel in Miami, I brought my piece to them in a box that was not damaged, it was insured up to $5k. When the piece arrived it was completely destroyed and I couldn't show my work. I spent thousands and I was left with nothing. I made a claim and they denied it. Now I'm going to sue the shi* out of them. Went back yesterday to print some floorplans and they charged me $50+ dollars. They told me it would be ready later. I got a call from them telling me that they made an error and that I have to pay more. Why is that my problem or issue? You made the mistake and is not my problem. I had to pay because I came to pick it up otherwise they wouldn't release it. I think this place is one of the worst FedEx stores I have ever been to. Stay away and avoid like the plague. I'm going to sue them. I'm done with this company.

They are always quick, helpful, courteous and professional. I never feel rushed. Joanne and Yasmani are my favorites and always help me; but they’re all great. They want to give you the time and attention you deserve, in order to avoid errors. It’s one of the best Fedex stores I’ve ever been to. So nice to have a free parking spot too!

This is my first time writing any reviews of any kind. It's just not my nature! Today, after my experience, which wasn't the best experience that I have encountered, I decided to have my voice be heard since in the store, I couldn't be clear enough. I can't speak about the entire staff at the store, but I can speak about the manager, who was really unhelpful ( to say the least) and just because of his attitude, we ended up missing out on something super important. It really makes me wonder, what kind of moral values that person really has?! What just happened to me it caractarizes someone that it shouldn't be in management, really looks bad on the whole FEDEX customer service. The company is keep talking about how great they are, and yet these kind of people are running the show. Shame on them. I will avoid FEDEx from here on, for sure. Or at least this Bronx office ...Unbelievable that one person can cause such a huge mess, just because....who knows what was his issue, certainly wasn't professional at all. Please avoid this place, certainly avoid going there before closing because who knows what attitude they might get if god forbid you want that envelope that never made it out to your apartment in the first place.
