Dishonest, Hostile, and Unprofessional I came in simply asking for a quote on the warning lights that came up on my dashboard. I made it very clear I did not want any work done without approval. Immediately, I was lied to and told I needed oil changes four times a year (completely false for my driving habits and my vehicle). The quote they then gave me for the diagnosis alone was absurdly inflated ($230 for a basic diagnosis I later found elsewhere for a fraction of the cost). When I politely declined and asked them only to refill and test my antifreeze, they told me their mechanic had "accidentally" gone ahead and performed some of the diagnostic/repair work anyway--and then tried to charge me $90 for it. When I questioned why they would perform unauthorized work, the manager became hostile, accused me of refusing to pay for services (I never refused to pay for the antifreeze and I respectfully declined the quote given, I didn't make the mistake of completing unauthorized work), and even threatened to hold my car hostage. He hung up on me, then called back angrily, sarcastically asking if he should "take the antifreeze out." When I picked up my car, he acted cordial as if nothing happened. I paid for the antifreeze as agreed, but the dashboard lights were not fixed (contrary to what he claimed - lies upon lies). To make matters worse, my receipt was falsified--it stated I "refused to pay for diagnostic" ($250, not even the quoted $230 - and they completed the diagnosis without authorization), banned me from the shop, and stated I "refused to pay for anything after diagnosis". This was the most gaslighting, dishonest, and unprofessional experience I've ever had at an established business. I used to recommend this business, but after being lied to, threatened, and falsely accused, I strongly urge anyone reading this to stay far away. There are plenty of honest mechanics out there--this place is not one of them.

My car was leaking oil last week and I randomly found this shop near my school. They used 1 day to find the problem and 1 day to solve this after I paid. Super wonderful service with all details about how and why! Make me feel like my money 100% worth and they also solved the problem completely!!!! The acceleration even becomes more smooth!!!! Fair price! I will set this shop as my always! Love!!!!

A coworker told.me about this location and I thought she was lying. Super A+customer service. And let's be clear I don't rate high there is always room for improvement. Larry knock it out the park. Went for an inspection and I think I found a new mechanic Very detailed explains steps by step. Very patient and again PREMIUM customer service. I got my monies worth. I will be back

my previous experience at different auto repairs shops was not great. i was just searching for a good mechanic when a friend told me about Larry at fine tune. i was very skeptical at first but i decided to give him a try, and i was not disappointed at all. not only was my car fixed but the service was great. i have been going there for 4 yrs now plus i sent all my coworkers there also..

Amazing place. Larry did work on my old Civic and she ran great for the little bit of time I had her... Then he charged me $300 for an oil change and Cabin filter on an Acura RDX. Couldn't stomach those kind of prices so I had to move on.
