I requested an appointment before their closing time (30 mins). They didn’t respond so I assumed it’s approved. When I went at 7:00 AM they said they didn’t receive any request and didn’t help at all. Won’t be coming back again anytime.

Poor customer service :Charged me 800 dollars even though i spoke to a representative for a price range and he said everything will be around 6-7 hundred dollars. Not only that, the representative said it will also take about an 1h and half for them to complete my car, but I sat down and waited for about 4 hours.

Affordable, clear communication, polite reception clerk...however it did take 2hrs for a plug in a tire from a nail.

I made an appointment for the battery inspection, at online page says FREE Battery Check but they claimed there is a $37 plus tax. Then I was waiting 45 minutes for the battery inspection but when I get into the shop I saw that their device is not working and they were keeping me waiting for no reason. Then they start recharging their device but it still didn't work and they have no clue about their device. Ended up having nothing but WASTE OF TIME. Better TO GO ANOTHER PLACE... :(

I was satisfied with the results of the A/C servicing however, the wait time was frustrating. The other issue was the gentleman at the desk made notes about the special way my car had to be started due to a anti- theft sequence that must be adhered to. The service technician failed to read the notes and and attempted to start the car without following a sequence. He was trying to force the gear shift to move which you cannot do unless you do a certain particular thing in order to free the gear shift. Luckily I saw him in my car and rushed out to start the car for him and I admonished him for not reading the special instructions that were written and he was holding in his hand. I don't understand what the purpose of making special notes to that effect if the technician is not going to read them and I don't understand what the purpose is in making appointments when I waited three and a half hours pass the appointment time to get serviced.

I don't know what the purpose is for making an appointment to receive service in this place. I made an appointment for A/C service for 12 noon and I was finally out of there at 3:30. I waited 3.5 hours to get my A/C leak tested and fresh coolant gas to be installed. This is not a good policy but I was told they only have one air conditioning recharge machine in the shop so I guess that means if it is busy you will wait. Aside from the 3 1/2 hour wait time, everything worked out well once I used the air conditioner in the car.

I had a flat tire which is always inconvenient. However when I arrived I was provided with professional service. They didn’t hesitate to honor my warranty which other company’s in the past have not. They were able to complete the entire process in less than an hour. Staff was professional, attentive and provided amazing service. I highly recommend you use this place for all of your car repair needs. Thanks for everything.
