I had an excellent experience with this body shop. They repaired my car to look absolutely BRAND NEW and even went the extra mile to buff my headlights — something they didn’t have to do but did out of genuine care. Paullino, the manager, was so sweet, honest, and incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their transparency, fair pricing, and the way they kept me informed every step of the way. It’s RARE to find a shop that delivers both top-quality work and exceptional customer service. I REALLY APPRECIATE HOW METICULOUSLY DETAILED THEY ARE. Called to make an appointment for my photo car inspection. Arrive at my appointment time only to hear that the guy that does photo inspections isn't in. The guys in the shop didn't make an attempt to reach out to this mysterious person and looked as if they honestly couldn't care less. Complete waste of my time.
