Been doing wegovy for a few months with them everything was fine until today. I got a call from the pharmacist and said they are losing money when they fill the script for me. My copay is 40 and I told him how much extra would you need he said 25 so I would pay 65 total monthly which is fine for me just to have it.especially knowing how difficult it is to find a pharmacy that has it. I was willing to pay extra. To my shock He then asked if I would back pay for all the past doses I’ve taken I said no I will pay for all future ones he then said find another pharmacy..First of if that was the case why not tell me back then so I would pay the extra cost? I have no idea what’s going on just communicate it to the clients, I would have paid the extra amount at the time. Just communicate it with your customers. And now finding a pharmacy that has that dose is difficult what am I to do now? That was very rude especially if I am willing to pay for future doses.

Great pharmacy! Always very nice and the pharmacist is the best he always helps me and is always very sweet to me and my kids! Great customer service. Even after I moved I continue to come here to get my meds and they always call to let me know I have meds available which is great! Overall best pharmacy I have been to.

I come here for my meds, my family picks up their meds here as well. I’ve always had a good experience with the staff. Especially Juli, she’s so sweet and nice and very professional and always makes sure my meds are in order before I arrive. There’s another pharmacy closer to my home but I’d rather walk a bit more to First Health because their customer service is amazing!
